The facilities are not 4 stars, the blinds were broken, the jacuzzi lights do not work nor the ones on the terrace, the room is very basic and without space to store the clothes. excellent location. The cleaning, the taxi man and Gerta the girl from the bar enlivened the stay. The payment system does not work you must have cash.

About the view, do NOT worry, you will have the most breathtaking view in all over Santorini. It is in the middle of nowhere, so it is so quiet and romantic for those who don't fit with crowds and stairs and touristy nature of Santorini The service is as good as the view, Gerta is the soul of this place, Harris (the manager) and pero were so attentive and very willing to help. The chef is a genius one, actually he is one of the best in Santorini. But things to mention that may improve the property to as high as 5... The pools must be heated, we couldn't use ours as it was cold and beware it will be cold in September. The furniture really needs to be renewed, but this is a side thing because you may not use it as your stuff will be in your luggage for your stay. Again, insane views fron sunrise to sunset, do not miss this in Santorini.

We booked this property on Vrbo, having never been to Santorini before the advert actually painted this as a Villa property- not a hotel! So that was the first shock! I emailed the contact and asked if the property had a private infinity pool and was advised there was a communal one and a private one, I then presumed this was a series of villas nearby each other, the photos on the ad depicted a property that had a private infinity pool hence my question for clarification prior to booking, 5 of us booked this, 4 adults and a teenager. Whilst booking this there was no option to add an age for the teen, as he is under 18 he is still classified as a child so we booked this for 4 adults and 1 child, We arrived at the property it then became apparent this was a hotel complex, albeit very nice with amazing views! The communal infinity pool is very nice with an amazing view. We eventually found some staff as the reception was unoccupied and we’re shown to our property, This consisted of a villa type property. One large bedroom, one small bedroom that is located upstairs via some quite treacherous plastic stair case steps, there was no 4th bed for the teen. We also did not have the private infinity pool that was shown on the advertisement or that i presumed was the one we had been told we did have when I emailed. I went to speak to the Manager, a man called Harris who was very aggressive and loud and did not want to listen to what I was saying- in fact all he did was shout over the top of everything I was trying to say, it transpired that the photo in the ad is of a different property which I feel was very misleading, Why put a picture of something that you don’t get on the advert for a specific property? Also the “private” infinity pool is available but at an extra cost of €250 on top of your booking, this is up a cliff edge of 60 steps. The view is something else and it’s definitely a once in a life time experience (unless you visit again obviously) but I feel this should be made clear prior to booking this property that you have to pay extra for it, that it does not come with your property despite the pictures on the advert depicting otherwise! Furthermore when I raised this it then transpired that apparently a child is a baby or toddler, If that is the case then surely the hotel should make this apparent at the point of booking, I was made to feel like we were trying to pull a fast one when this was again down to communication. Why would we book a property that didn’t have enough beds for our party? It’s nonsensical! We didn’t have a comfortable nights sleep as 2 of us had to share a small single bed! We ended up booking the private infinity pool and due to the miscommunication we were given a discount on this. The room also came with a hot tub on the roof and after the sunset we were going to use this, 3 people used this for about 10 minutes then all the electrics went off! What an amazing villa with Sunset views to die for, my fiancee and I stayed at the CSky Villas in Imerovigli, on the north end of Santorini, hosted by owner Alexis. Our villa was one of eight which featured bar, swimming pool and your very own jacuzzi. Our balcony was huge with sun umbrellas, dining table and sun loungers, we had such a great time it was very difficult leaving the property to go explore the hot spots around the island. The villa was extremely spacious with lots of rom in the living area and bedroom and we also had access to the roof area, where you can enjoy the surrounding views. The staff were amazing, always happy to have a chat and made our stay very special. If you don't fancy hiring a vehicle or motor bike the property has a great taxi service with Edward always ready to take you to your choice destination. Thank you Alex...

CSky hotel has one of the best view you could wish for. We had a magical stay at the hotel, the staff was very nice and very accommodating. Our room was amazing and we also enjoyed the food. From the hotel you can walk to Oia via a very beautiful scenic route and the hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. I can not think of. A better place to stay in Santorini!
