Beyond being star struck with the beauty of this hotel, the staff and their attention to details and aim to please was phenomenal. At all times, we experienced service with a smile and quick responses to our requests. We were greeted in their outdoor reception lobby with a sit-down & detailed information about our stay, options for dinner, a welcome drink & snacks. The room was spotless and had so many modern amenities. In addition, each room had its own wifi password. The hotel's app and chat feature made it so convenient to get in touch with the staff if needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and pillow options were offered to us. The location of this hotel was in the center of the village with a view that literally took our breath away. On our last day, a car transfer was arranged for our trip to the airport and breakfast to go was brought to our room at 5 am. There were so many extra touches that we never experienced in any other 5-star hotel. We did get our exercise with the steps and that was an added bonus to the trip! Dome the moment we stepped inside the front gate, our top-shelf experience began. The welcome we received was like no other. A home made sangria and a personal walk-through of all things on and off properly. The views are breathtaking and they are at every turn. From the registration area and from every area of the property, you are greeted with iconic Santorini. The team of people are beyond excellent. They took care of everything so we could enjoy our time. They went above and beyond, every day, multiple times a day. Friendly, genuine, helpful, and happy. There is not one thing they could have done better.

Everything was honestly perfection from the minute my mum and I arrived there!!! From the amazing views, to the incredible service, to how friendly and helpful all the front desk staff was with EVERYTHING! Out of all 3 islands we visited, I by far had the best time in Santorini at Andronis boutique. Felt like a lil’ home away from home (much nicer views than in LA of course…lol) I was actually sad leaving…lol. Hope to come back one day and stay again. 🫶🏽♥️

Exceptional experience right in the heart of Oia! Everything was amazing and no need to take taxis to secure a restaurant or shipping It was all there! The staff were so considerate and I loved the jacuzzi in our room Note that some rooms have the bedroom on a separate floor from bath facilities requiring you to step carefully! The views were amazing and I cannot wait to return someday The hotel app was easy to use for chats and requests too Their sister property about a 4 mile hike on a lovely trail was difficult but the highlight of our time in Oia Highly recommend staying here

What a fantastic hotel, we stayed here for 9 nights and were treated so well by all the staff. A special shout out to Philomena, she served our breakfast each morning and looked after us by the pool. She was such a kind and warm person and made our time at the hotel very special. We stayed in Achilles room and the views were spectacular - so good for the sole. We will definitely return and this was one of our best trips. Santorini is such a beautiful island and the sunsets are the best in the world.

We booked this hotel to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I must say it meet our expectations and some! The facility was immaculately clean, the breakfast was excellent and service was great all around. I loved that the front desk staff made our offsite activity accommodations so we had smooth transitions everyday. We enjoyed every minute and would visit again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Santorini!

We stayed in the Executive Suite with the Cave Pool which was EXACTLY as advertised. About 4 stories down from the street level, our suite Hector had an awesome terrace and a secluded cave pool that was just lightly heated for the cool nights. We were only there for 2 nights but we got in the cave pool both nights. It was heavenly. The staff was super attentive and gave FANTASTIC recommendations for restaurants near the hotel: Pacman at their sister property had a combo of Greek and sushi; Catch Restaurant for dinner where we had a divine meal. Many of the units at Andronis require you to climb of stairs to get back to the street. Assuming there is no elevator as the guys took our luggage up the stairs manually. Think NYC 4 story walk-up for some rooms. So if stairs are an issue for you, you should make sure to book one of the rooms close to the street level. Amazing stay with absolutely no issues. Would definitely stay again.
