What a great hotel! Right in the middle of Fira on Santorini. The small almost secret entrance hides a hotel with fantastic rooms, wonderful staff, amazing views and great breakfast. The advice and guidance of the team was so helpful, letting us the best and worst times to go to Oia (the well known part of the island) which gets overrun by tourists, and how to catch the busses to get to the beaches on the other side of the island. Our stay here was a real highlight of our trip.

This is our third time to Mykonos and we have always been seeking the perfect hotel close to town and now we have found it The location is so close to town, just behind the windmills in its own private area over looking the sea The hotel has 40 rooms, never feels crowded and has a stunning large pool area. Many rooms have private pools which may be why the main pool area is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are one of the best we have had in Greece and everything you could possibly wish for including a large healthy section. The team here are a delight: Georgina by the pool brings happiness everywhere she goes, is attentive with a beaming smile and engages with all hotel guests. Kali at breakfast is super attentive, learns your regulars favorite order and presents it on you arrival with smile. Congrats team Theoxenia, you have created a classy, understated, elegant, tranquil gem of a hotel close to the vibrancy of Mykonos town. Just don’t tell anyone else.

What a fabulous little hotel right in Fira. We were traveling with friends. The rooms are very plain, but they are exceptionally clean and the bed is comfortable. The rain shower in the bathroom was very good. The fridge was not working very well so it was difficult to keep drinks cold. Our rooms opened out on to a large terrace with chairs and tables and the most amazing view of the Agean. We could see the cruise ships sitting out there. Breakfast was served on the terrace - a cold boiled egg, bread and jam, yoghurt, apple and orange, feta pastries and slices of cake! And plunger coffee. It was very nice but we missed having some muesli and didn’t eat the cake. No pool but there is a large jacuzzi with cold water - we sure cooled off in it. All the staff were so very friendly and helpful - especially Michael. Totally recommend.

A secret gem, this hotel is right in Thira however provides a calm place to relax after a day of activities. The property had excellent accommodation and facilities. The staff were very attentive to our needs, the breakfast was amazing and everything was literally only a few steps away.

This hotel has the most amazing location, the rooms are great and comfortable too, but the pictures are misleading. While I loved my stay here, the hotel does not inform you they do not have a pool themselves. Most of the amenities are from the hotel down the street that is their sister hotel. It’s not a huge deal, but you’ll need to walk to the pool, spa, gym if you want to use it. The “street view” on the website has no sunset and is only of buildings so beware. The hot tub also is not warmed which could be a problem depending on when you get there. I enjoyed my stay because it was comfortable but it wasn’t super luxurious. It’s a great place for budget travelers but it doesn’t have the spectacular cliff view you’d want. The view on the balcony is fine though and not busy if you want something private. A huge plus was the hotel staff who were extremely helpful. They did anything and everything for us which I really appreciated. The hotel breakfast is also a nice touch but it’s not super fancy or anything. I would stay here again if I was looking to save money, Santorini is very expensive so it’s a good value for what you get.

For our first trip to Santorini we were so pleased to be able to stay in this lovely boutique hotel located in Fira and in the middle of all activities Santorini has to offer!  The views out into the Caldera from the upper rooms are stunning and allow for breathtaking sunsets. Special thanks to Lydia who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxed.  Lydia even arranged local transportation for us to the other side of the island for a booked tour we had.  The freshly prepared breakfast that are delivered each morning to your room or balcony area are incredibly tasty!  They include coffee, juice, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt and amazing warm pastries and are delivered in person by Andres.  If your lucky enough for this hotel to be available for your stay, don't hesitate to book it as you will not be disappointed!
