완벽한 서비스를 제공하는 완벽한 호텔! 우리는 웰컴 드링크로 인사를 받았고 주니어 스위트는 정말 컸습니다! 얼음으로 식힌 그리스 화이트 와인과 물 한 병이 있었고 어메니티는 프랑스 디자이너 Mugler가 만들었습니다! 우리 발코니의 전망은 훌륭합니다! 저 멀리 섬의 끝이 보입니다! 아침 식사는 수영장 옆 Crocus Restaurant의 테이블에서 제공되며 메뉴는 엄청납니다! 모두를 위한 무언가가 있습니다! 이 호텔은 정말 일류입니다! 나는 몇 년 동안 항공사의 일등석에서 일하면서 내가 무엇을 의미하는지 압니다!

Beautiful hotel located on the south side of the caldera. Amazing views of the volcano from your room, restaurant and pool. Chef was amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the manager to the waiting staff and front desk workers. Away from the congestion of the larger cities, but a short cab ride to get to the shops and restaurants of Oia and Thira. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Acroterra for our destination wedding along with our guests and cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have stunning views. We felt welcome and at home from the minute we checked in and were greeted warmly by the maitre d' Sotiris. He personally oversaw many details and checked in with our entire party regularly until the minute we checked out. The rest of the staff was just as attentive from making sure we never missed their delicious complementary breakfast (even though we overslept) to ensuring their poolside was perfectly arranged for one of our major wedding events. The staff even joined in to dance with us and celebrate, which we found endearing. We felt sad to leave and will make sure we stay here whenever we return to Santorini. Do yourself a favor and stay here - especially, if you are lucky enough to host your wedding on this beautiful island. Much love to Acroterra and its PHENOMENAL staff!! We will always remember you fondly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Just like the photos. Service was second to none. Staff can't do enough for you. They really care about your experience. 5 mins walk to Akrotiri village where there are tavernas, mini mart & pharmacy. Views of the Caldera are spectacular. Would recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues as most of the site is on one level, gently sloping.

A beautiful clean and characterful hotel in a lovely quiet part of Santorini. This hotel is truly 5 star, we had breathtaking views of the Caldera from our balcony and the pool area. Staff are lovely, so attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Sotiris the Supervisor. Always a great welcome at breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Katerina the lead waitress, a great sense of humour and always bringing different greek dishes for us to try. She was so attentive and efficient, a lovely lady. Julio assistant waiter, quiet but so attentive and a real gentleman. Andreas the young bartender, so pleasant and always ready to chat. All the staff deserve our praise including kitchen staff and cleaners but we got to know the ones above really well and there were hugs all round when we left. This lovely hotel is highly recommended.

What a lovely experience. The rooms were beautiful and we were given a free upgrade. We were welcomed with a lovely letter and wine and fruits. The hotel staff were wonderfully friendly. Shout out to Katarina the waitress, Julio the assistant waiter, Sotiris the Maitre D. Would highly recommend the hotel. It is high up and so there is a wonderful breeze keeping you cool by the pool and in the room if you don't want air-conditioning.

The staff were beyond amazing. Especially the manager Sotiris Ioannidis. He treated my wife and I like family seriously. He definitely went up and beyond expectations. Our room was nice and clean. The food was great with bunch of selections. We loved the breakfast particularly because it had bunch of traditional Greek dishes and fresh squeezed orange juice was great every morning. My wife and I never wanted to leave this place!!! Book now, you won’t regret it.

The most amazing hotel we have ever been too!! What a gem! Not to busy, just right. All staffs are so polite, kind and attentive nothing is ever to much trouble. They are on it all the time. Breakfast is 1 of a kind so good and lunch is fantastic. Everything is just perfect and more! Highly recommend. Fantastic location and easy to navigate to places. Manager Sotiris is such a lovely guy and o Is all the team!100% would return.

This is great location to just relax. Hotel is beautiful and clean. The restaurant team led by Sotiris and Katerini were amazing all week, nothing was too much trouble. We had the hotel organise a couple of trips, advice would be to ensure all collection times are written down by the reception team to avoid the problem we had when taxi arrive 2 hours earlier than expected. Overall a wonderful stay, highly recommend.
