영어: 우리에게는 맞지 않았습니다... 3박을 예약하고 지불했지만 1박만 묵었습니다. 장점 전망 - 훌륭합니다! 대부분 직원(우리 상황에 대해 전혀 공감하지 않는 남자 리셉셔니스트/웨이터를 제외하고). 환영하는 주인과 그의 아들 따뜻하고 유익한 환영 매우 아름다운 마을 그러나 상당한 단점 때문에 호텔은 우리에게 맞지 않았습니다. 단점 키클라데스 제도를 3주 동안 여행한 후 마지막 3일 동안 전형적인 로맨틱한 산토리니의 흰색과 파란색 빌라 스타일 호텔을 예약하기로 했습니다. 호텔 사진은 우리가 원했던 그대로였습니다. 그러나 우리 객실은 호텔과 분리된 새 별관에 있었고 예쁜 흰색으로 칠해진 숙박 시설이 아니었습니다. 본관 호텔에서 떨어진 꽤 가파른 언덕을 내려가야 했기 때문에 차로 이동했습니다. 우리의 슈페리어 스위트는 창문 바로 앞에 길이 있는 테라코타 메조네트였는데, 손님과 직원이 정기적으로 사용했기 때문에 계획된 '로맨틱한' 그리스 휴가의 마지막 3일 동안 전혀 프라이버시를 허용하지 않았습니다. 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 저는 리셉션으로 돌아가서 리셉션을 담당하는 매우 도움이 되지 않고 동정심 없는 남자와 더 많은 프라이버시가 있는 곳으로 옮기거나 일부 환불에 대해 이야기를 나누었습니다. 그는 단호하게 거절했습니다. 그것은 슈페리어 스위트라고 설명했고, 호텔에서 우리가 요청한 것을 제공했습니다. 저는 프라이버시가 부족하다고 설명했지만 소용이 없어서 우리는 휴식을 취하고 점심을 먹으러 가기로 했습니다. 수영장의 음식은 매우 느렸고, 너무 느렸고 품질이 좋지 않았습니다. 아마도 우리는 섬을 여행하면서 버릇없어졌을지 모르지만, 이곳의 음식 품질은 다른 풀 바를 포함하여 지금까지 경험한 것과는 전혀 달랐습니다. 네, 친절한 여성이 설명했듯이, 그것은 풀 스낵이었지만 저녁에는 레스토랑 음식도 품질이 좋지 않았습니다. 새우 사가나키는 제가 가장 좋아하는 그리스 요리이지만 이 레스토랑에서는 그렇지 않았습니다! 마지막으로 밤에 소음이 들렸습니다. 방음이 매우 형편없어서 이웃들이 새벽 3시까지 이야기하는 것이 들렸습니다. 우리는 거의 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 지쳐서 아침 식사를 했고(맛있었습니다) 다른 숙박 시설도 없이 떠났습니다. 우리는 프라이버시, 조용한 휴식, 하얗게 칠해진 산토리니를 원했지만 슬프게도 여기서는 찾을 수 없었습니다. 아크로티리로 돌아갈 것입니다. 매우 평화롭고 편안한 마을이지만 칼레스테시아 스위트는 아닙니다. 슬프게도 스위트가 우리에게 맞지 않아서 다른 숙박 시설을 우리 비용으로 예약해야 했기 때문에 비용이 많이 드는 실수였습니다. 그리스에서 보낸 놀라운 3주가 실망스럽게 끝났습니다.

Very nice experience. The service was amazing and welcoming. Everything was on time and any questions or needs I had was done very quickly. Would come back again. My wife was a big fan of the pools. The view especially was amazing from the room.

Excellent accommodation, away from the crowds. We found it a great way to relax and enjoy Santorini by renting a car and basing ourselves away from crowded Oia and Fira. We could drive there (or take a taxi, if necessary). and then escape again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent. Views spectacular, to both sides of the peninsula. And the staff were so helpful and obliging, providing advice about beaches, restaurants, airport/ferry transfers etc. Highly recommended.

What an experience! Our favourite hotel so far in Santorini, child friendly. We were in the new part in the senior suite with jacuzzi. View from the room and the jacuzzi is unreal.Also the new part has a huge pool facing the caldera is amazing ! The sunset from the top of the old part of the hotel building is magical! The staff is so friendly and the manager Theo is unbelievably helpful and is there for you to arrange anything ( car rental, restaurant booking ) . We have never seen such a hard working hotel manager! Breakfast they deliver to the room, From the pool bar you can order food during the day and from 6/7 the restaurant is opens which offers unbelievably delicious food. 3 restaurants offer free pick up from the hotel , from them our favourite was Theofanis food experience- it is a must to try. Our modern, new room was cleaned daily and it was spotlessly clean. Overall it was a lifetime experience and we can not wait to return, would definitely choose this hotel again ❤️

The hotel is fabulous, the view is incredible, and the private jacuzzi is truly enjoyable. The accommodation is adorable and well-equipped. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is quite hearty and delicious. I highly recommend it, especially for the view, the pool, and the accommodation. You really feel like you're on vacation. And despite our very limited English, the staff was patient and attentive. Go for it, it's worth it! Thanks again, Kalesthesia ;)

Wow, just wow! The position of the hotel at the top of the mountain allows for some breath taking views of the caldera and rest of the island. Although in a quieter region of the island, this was just perfect for us for a relaxing stay and away from the busy tourist areas of Oia and Fira. The rooms are stunning with your own private jacuzzi and day bed- worth the extra cost! Breakfast each morning is more than enough with fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, bread, meat and an omelette cooked to how you like it! Food is available at the pool bar which is a bit more cost than the restaurants in the local village but the portions are huge. Just a short scenic walk down into the local village where there are plenty of restaurants for dining out in the evening and a bit more of a stroll back up the hill but fine for the evening when it is cooler. We rented a quad bike for the day which was 55euro cash (65 if by card) and travelled to Fira which was only around 20 minutes away. Top tip: for the best location for seeing the beautiful sunsets, go to the lighthouse in Akrotiri (only around 10 mins away) - it’s a beautiful location where you can sit on the rocks and watch the sunset rather than the packed Oia version. The staff here are lovely and can’t help you enough. Theo and the team were great and able to offer advise on trips, renting cars etc Would recommend to anyone looking to come to Santorini for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.
