From check in to check out this small boutique hotel was awesome. Thomas welcomed us with a glass of wine on arrival & even arranged lovely toasted sandwiches & Greek salad for our late night arrival after a long airline delay. Thomas arranged transfers, restaurants, car hire & trips, nothing was too much trouble & the communication was brilliant. Breakfast is served on you private balcony & was delicious every day, you order online for the next morning & Kristina even made us delicious homemade pancakes & Greek pastries. The service was amazing, the villas clean & modern. I would recommend hiring a car as the location is a bit remote but the views are awesome!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ! La suite était grande et confortable et la vue exceptionnelle. Tout au long de notre séjour, Thomas était présent et très pro actif, d'une grande efficacité ! En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, il est préparé par Katerina que nous remercions également car celui-ci est grandiose !!! N'oublions pas Brayn pour ses services. Notre petit chien était accepté, ce qui fût un plus pour nous. Nous y reviendrons très certainement lors d'un prochain séjour. À savoir qu'il y a beaucoup d'escalier pour arriver à la Suite, donc pas prévu pour personnes à mobilité réduite.

Absolutely amazing! This was one of the best experiences of all time in all of our travels. We stayed in the Summit Villa for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. The Villa was incredible. But more than that, Thomas made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. Before we even arrived, he made sure we were taken care of. And while we were there, he ensured nothing was overlooked. He arranged winery tours, a private cooking class, transportation any where we wanted to visit. His recommendations were top notch and there was nothing we didn’t love. Thank you to the entire team there as well. There was no detail overlooked. We would not hesitate to go back and are already looking forward to our next visit - this time for longer.

Magnifique. Situé sur les hauteurs avec une très belle vue. Personnel aux petits soins. Suite très propre, très jolie, terrasse avec bain à remous ensoleillée toute la journée. Petit déjeuner varié et très copieux.Vraiment un endroit sublime où l'on a pu se sentir privilégié pendant quelques jours.

Santorini Heights is out of this world. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. Even before we arrived we knew we'd have a great time as correspondence from the hotel had been fast and really helpful on the run up to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the beautiful accommodation Thomas came out to greet us and from that moment until we departed he was absolutely fantastic. A huge credit to the resort. A kind, loveable guy who goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The whole experience was faultless. The suites and the surroundings are stunning. Immaculate, luxurious rooms, and the views are without doubt the best on the island. It's quiet and romantic. The perfect resort. Thomas organised our trips, provided great advise, tips, and ideas for us to cram as much as possible into our three days. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were wonderful at Santorini Heights, we honestly had the most amazing time. The resort app made ordering drinks and food so easy and both were delicious. The portion sizes were huge, you'd never go hungry. I can't think of any aspect of the stay that wasn't perfect. Thomas is the best and we would return in a heartbeat. Thomas mentioned the monastery a few minutes from the suites, for a great sunset experience. OMG this did not disappoint. We walked up one evening and it was just us and a couple of locals watching. I would say, it was by far the best view of the sunset and 360-degree views of the island! Absolutely breathtaking. We will return and we hope Thomas will be there. He's simply the best. The Perfect Honeymoon destination, thos place had everything you need. Thomas is one of the nicest people we've ever met, he will do literally anything for his guests. We arrived late on arrival day around 10pm, so he laid on some pizzas for us which was really appreciated and his hospitality was just the beginning. The food service is really simple to use via app/QR code which and the food was incredible, the portions were great and always fresh. A huge shout out to everyone at Santorini Heights who do their bit to make their guests feel welcome and relaxed. The hotel itself was beautifully clean, private and quiet and we were provided with the absolutely stunning views of most of the island, the pool was always relatively warm and the lounge chairs were so comfy we barely moved! We recommend hiring a car which Thomas can help with as Taxis vary between 35-60Euro one way depending on where you go on the island and made exploring the island much more cost effective! We also went on a boat trip which again Thomas helped with and recommended the best day for weather and experience. We were so sad to leave but left with truly amazing memories of such a special place. Wishing everyone at Santorini Heights our best. Rich and Katherine
