The welcome was great. The room was nice with comfortable bed and very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice, although they could not source ibuprofen in the evening when we ran out. The location was not ideal. The surrounding area was not very pretty outside of the resort. The sea is not readily accessible. The individual pool was not heated so it felt cold. The spa area of the resort had a nice soaking area, but also was not heated, so not enjoyable for us. The breakfast was included and very nice food with a lovely view. We had dinner one evening and it was mediocre. The setting outside was nice though and service was excellent. The shuttle is great going to Oia. The town was very very very crowded. People say it is walkable to Oia, but no sidewalk and much traffic make it unsafe to walk. Overall, there were lots of nice things about Domes Santorini, but I would not recommend it and would never return there.

An amazing resort with incredible staff that can't do enough for you. Rooms all have pools and they are heated to 28 degrees, people say they aren't heated as they expect it to be like a hot tub it's not it's a pool. Very modern resort close enough to walk to Oia if you don't mind the hills if not get a taxi and walk back

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort itself had a relaxing atmosphere and was conveniently located for exploring Santorini's many attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Michael, the check-in staff, and Johnny, the waiter. A big thank you to everyone at Dome Resort for making our stay so enjoyable!

What a wonderful place! Beautiful view from the balcony, warm and accomodating staff, glorious pool area (and great drinks/bartender!) and a comfortable room. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Breakfast service was always right on time, and delicious. Mike in the office was very helpful in not only all things connected to the resort, but also arranging transportation and reservations for us. Andreas was a big help in carrying luggage to our room. It was great to have a home base on the island that was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Oja and Fira. Should our travels ever bring us to Santorini again, we would definitely stay here!

After a disastrous cruise vacation for my daughter a few weeks before I surprised her with a short getaway to Santorini and we stayed at the Dome Santorini resort, we were in no way disappointed with our stay, the room was exactly as it was advertised to be and the very large bed was extremely comfy. We were greeted by Mike on our arrival who was extremely pleasant & welcoming as were all of the staff we encountered at the hotel (a big shout out to the taxi driver *sorry forgot your name* who was very friendly and most helpful in advising us where to go and what to do on the island) We enjoyed some time out sight seeing but our most favourite time was that spent relaxing by the pool and eating the fabulous food cooked freshly in the kitchen (Santorini salad was our favourite) The breakfast was served on time every single morning on to our balcony and it was always fresh and very well presented. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return here to stay, the only negative comment I could make about our stay and the hotel was the lack of a bigger mirror positioned in better lighting in our room. We stayed in this so called resort hotel for 3days with family in may 2023, it was a nightmare to stay at this place. First thing its not kid’s friendly. Manager was rude and not cooperative. We requested to change the room for kids safety (2year,6year old) but it didn’t happen. Junior suite our master bedroom was on second level with open space (no wall, kid may fall down). They were not accommodating with any guest’s request. Private pool/jacuzzi was not cleaned, we requested to get it clean they said its cleaned once or twice a day only, the dust and leaves falling from surroundings, no appropriate answer. Rooms were not upto the mark, linens, bedsheets were old and dirty, asked for extra towel second day, no one came for hour and we used old towels only. Only 2staff in the whole hotel running around, not on time or fulfilling any request, customers service is BIG 0. They hardly answer the call at reception, if you need anything we had to go up to reception and ask for it (like towels, kids milk etc). There is no one available from 10pm to 7:40am, if you need anything. If you ask for breakfast 10-10:30 or 10:30-11am they bring it at 11:05 saying they were busy helping other guests/room, no courteous answer. There is a very small restaurant and limited food drink menu you can have, restaurant is not with all amenities, waste of money as you get food order after an hour or again no service. We had to pay extra for broken balcony door and other friend room’s internet router as they blamed us that we broke it since it was already broken since we got the room. Also internet is a big issue, you hardly get internet in room or in front manager’s office only, no Internet in resort. Over all I would not recommend this place to stay in Santorini or to disappoint your vacation, look around there are lot more better options/hotel resorts with better price, view and probably give you much better customer service. Manager said he would give some discount or some good special treat/surprise next day, nothing happened as he didn’t show up from 2days. We didn’t even ask for it again as they blamed us and we paid extra charges for stay. I would give Dome 0 star as they spoiled our vacation.
