코코-맷 호텔 산토리니

호텔 숙박 가격을 고려하면 코코 매트 산토리니에서의 숙박에 실망했다는 사실을 알려드리고 싶었습니다. 처음에는 침대 시트에서 냄새가 나지 않았습니다. 특히 회색 담요에서는 냄새가 심했습니다. 안씻은거같아. 그러다가 창문이 깨져서 공기가 들어오고 밤에 우리를 괴롭히는 바람과 함께 소음이 들렸습니다. 그러다가 냉장고도 고장났어요. 방에 휴지가 없었습니다. 첫날 밤에는 디스펜서에 샤워 젤이 없었습니다. 방 바닥에 얼룩이 있었어요. 마침내 방의 향기가 완전히 건조되었습니다. 그 가격이면 훨씬 더 좋은 것을 찾을 수 있었을 것 같아요. 우리는 매우 실망했습니다. 유일한 긍정적인 점은 귀하의 동정심과 우리 방의 바다 전망입니다. 그렇게 하게 되어 매우 슬프지만 신혼 여행을 위해 더 나은 품질의 호텔을 원한다는 사실을 알려드리는 것이 중요합니다.

일반적으로 훌륭한 서비스에 대한 리뷰를 작성할 때 의무 이상의 역할을 한 사람을 골라내는 것이 일반적입니다. 그러나 최근 숙박 이후에는 Ellie가 조직한 팀의 모든 구성원이 우리의 최선의 이익을 최우선으로 생각하고 우리의 숙박을 정말 훌륭하게 만들어 주었기 때문에 그렇게 하는 것은 불가능합니다. 이 호텔은 멋진 전망, 멋진 음식, 멋진 숙박 시설, 그리고 (네, 짐작하셨겠지만) 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 나는 수년 동안 많은 호텔에 머물렀고 이번 경험은 내가 경험한 것 중 최고였습니다. 음식은 훌륭합니다 - 아침, 점심, 저녁 - 수영장 공간도 훌륭합니다 - 전망이 정말 훌륭합니다 - 할 말을 잃었습니다. 우리는 떠나서 슬펐고 내년에 꼭 돌아올 계획입니다!! 모두 감사합니다

**VERY DISAPPOINTED** Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this property. It feels very tired and is in desperate need of refurbishment. We encountered rusty railings, a dirty pool with green algae on the sides, and worn, dirty sunbeds. There was a persistent sewage smell in our room, and the glossy painted floors posed a safety hazard, causing both myself and my daughter to slip. Water around the pool had nowhere to drain, pooling by the entrance. Although the property is marketed for guests aged 14+, we encountered a 10-year-old child jumping into the pool and splashing everyone, which was far from the peaceful ‘haven’ we expected. The noise from the nearby road was also quite disruptive, especially in the afternoons. Air Conditioning also struggled. We were disappointed to find that the wooden bikes advertised were not available, and the so-called ‘gym’ consisted of just a few weights and a wooden bench next to the pool — not what we had in mind. Moreover, the mattress in our room was badly worn and sagging in the middle, leading to a poor night's sleep and resulting in back pain. After our first night, I addressed these concerns with the hotel manager and kindly requested to be charged for only one night so we could leave. Unfortunately, this request was denied due to their non-refundable booking policy. (we prepaid for three nights through *******) On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The view from the hotel was also very nice. I appreciate that everyone has different standards, but this hotel was marketed as a luxury, peaceful haven for adults, and our experience did not align with that promise. Given that we nearly paid €300 per night, the value for money simply isn't there, and we regretted booking this hotel.

Service was really nice and welcomin. Restaurant food were delicious. View from this hotel is amazing, you can perfectly see the sunset from most of the rooms and from restaurant and pool area. I can recommend this hotel. Its a bit far away from Akrotiri, walking is not recommended. You have to walk the side of driveway.

We stayed for 7 nights and shout out for the whole team: Vasilis, Dimitri, Panos, and Maria who taking care of us during our stay. Their genuine friendliness made us feel so welcome despite my first time being in Greece. The hotel itself is beautiful. As it’s located south of the island, you won’t feel overcrowded at all just like in the north where capital Fira is located. Location is peaceful, quiet and many times we found people go around this area to see the most beautiful and serene sunset. I recommend to stay here if you are a couple who are looking for peace and romantic escape in Santorini.

if you need peace and luxury on your vacation then choose this hotel. The hotel offers an incredible view and very good service. the rooms are very clean and the food very tasty. the mattress and pillows are amazing. I highly recommend cocomat santorini.
