Stunning hotel. Views over the Caldera are magnificent, we swam lengths in the infinity pool over looking the view every day at it was incredible. Sunsets views are uninterrupted, peaceful, and so beautiful. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable, cool, smelled amazing. We made use of the gym, which was nicely equipped. Food, as expected, was delicious at every occasion. However, the thing that really sets Nobu apart are the staff. Helpful, friendly, welcoming - it was a pleasure to spend time in an environment with them all.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon in early Oct 2022. We were looking forward to receiving the same 5-star service that we had received the previous year at Nobu Mykonos. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case… Our room, supposedly one of the nicest, stunk like sewage, the in-room phone didn’t work, and the plunge pool wasn’t clean (nor warm). We tried addressing the issues with hotel manager Marta who apologized but never quite got everything up to par. The hotel location is also not ideal as it sits in between the two main towns and the only food option is Nobu. Far from the 5-star service of other Nobu hotels we’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for a “resort” style hotel this is NOT the hotel for you.

I echo everything Danielle T said in her review from July 2023 - this hotel is stunning and serves as the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. The views from our room and the hotel pool area were amazing. The hotel's location on a cliff overlooking the caldera, just outside the town of Imerovigli, and right on the walking trail is excellent. You are removed from the crowds, but can easily access other areas of the island if you desire. Nobu food never disappoints and after traveling and eating traditional Greek cuisine for many days, it was a nice change. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. Prices in Santorini are higher than the mainland or Crete, but my husband and I felt we had a luxurious stay that included all of the amenities you would want so overall it was a good value. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Small hotel with less than 30 rooms and suites. Personnel were very kind and prompt to help with any queries or requirements. In the past I have stayed in the Nobu Los Cabos. Quality of service very good in both places. My only observation is the limited list of options in the restaurant.

Great location, restaurant very expensive (water 12 euros), very clean, all women staff competent and professional, turn down services one night out of three, not the Four Seasons albeit Four Seasons Prices, all that said would return. The Women at the front desk were wonderful in all respects

This is a beautiful hotel and pool on a high cliff overlooking the sea. It was ruined by inescapable background music from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. The disco tech sound had a loud bass that shook throughout the hotel. There were speakers in every bush. This is an open hotel with only the rooms to escape the horrible music. Our room shook from the bass boom all day long. We asked to turn the music down but they were not happy. At 5:00 every night a DJ arrived to turn the sound up throughout dinner. We paid a lot of money to stay there and we felt tortured. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to relax

Nobu Santorini is a must see and visit spot on the island with its stunning views and flawless service. The restaurant's prime location overlooking the most beautiful sunset. The staff at went above and beyond to deliver impeccable service. From the warm welcome by the hostess to the attentive waiters, their professionalism and genuine kindness left lasting impression on me and my partner. Especially our waiter Kostas who surprised us with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had for our anniversary celebration. I’ve been in Nobu several times before in other location and food is on the same if not higher level. Black Cod was to die for. We kept ordering more and more sushi as they were divine. Definitely worth visiting. Ensure you’ve got enough memory space in your camera as the sunset lasting for over an hour is just breathtaking.

With a jaw-dropping view of the Aegean and perched on it's own little cliff's edge, sits the Nobu Santorini. It's whitewashed and blue dome architecture houses the Nobu signature restaurant, a luxe spa , fitness center, and a multi level infinity pool. The rooms are structured in a white caved-like format with dabs of black, rich wood and pops of amber exhibiting a minimalist aura. My room felt so clean, ( like an operating room}, with a beige linen headboard and a monstrous TV that could pass for a drive-in movie screen. The bathroom shone with a black lava sink basin and other accoutrements. The distinctive culinary aspects of the Nobu are more star-bound than the accommodations. The Nobu Restaurant is located next to the pool and this splendid eatery serves up delicacies in breakfast, lunch and dinner dayparts with a fusion of Greek and Japanese formats. I loved the rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicey sauce. The drink menu sports an array of Japanese cocktails. So, if you seek a cliff-bound stay surrounded by palm trees and ocean views accompanied by culinary standouts.........................then try the........................................ .........Nobu Santorini.....................Eat And Sleep On The Cliffs.
