We have just returned from our stay at Nobu and it is a superb spot to sit back and relax even in a busy Santorini August. It’s a nicely sized hotel of around 25 rooms all set around the superb pool, giving amazing caldera views all day and leading to incredible sunset views as evening comes with a cocktail by the pool. Laid back beats from a low key DJ, not loud and disturbing, just creating a lovely vibe. The staff at Nobu are lovely and super friendly and helpful, with a special call out to Francesca who was super helpful, suggested such great spots for us and even checked in with us after we had left to see how things went, this kind of endeavour really shows the highest appreciation of customer obsession. Incredible. Lovely hotel, away from the crowds, brilliant service and people.

One of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at and Aggelos the GM offered exceptional service and made us feel so at home. Staff were so friendly and very welcoming. I loved the pool area, the sun-beds were very comfortable and the drinks by the pool were just perfect. I also loved the decor which was mainly black and white, so clean and fresh. I would go back in a heartbeat ❤️

Our stay in Santorini at Nobu Hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms are unique and lovely, food is exceptional, and can we talk about the amazing views?? The views are literally to die for. However, the top-of-the-line service matched the incredible views. The Nobu Hotel staff was TOP. They were not only prompt and on top of things, but went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, convenience, and to deliver us a memorable experience. My husband and I have stayed frequently at 5 star hotels when we travel, but (even with staying at highly-rated and expensive hotels) rarely do we get this type of service delivered with exceptional precision and care. They are such resourceful and kind staff members. And I hate to admit this next point because I’m normally not a sap, but when my husband and I were on the way to the airport from the hotel (to return home), I teared up / silently cried because I didn’t want to leave. The beauty of Santorini is unparalleled (especially with the views from Nobu), but even more touching was that Nobu Hotel’s staff made us feel truly special. A special shout out to Ana, Samer, Pretty, and Marina(a few of Nobu Hotel’s staff members that we connected with). When we come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying at Nobu again. It’s not by for ever. It’s simply bye for now. Highly recommend.

Everything was great until the last night at dinner! A beautiful property and lovely staff. Dinner on the last night was incredibly poor. Service was virtually non existent. Despite asking for this to be addressed during dinner, it wasn’t. The main fish dish was cold and not cooked ( this was a warm main so definitely not meant to be sashimi by any stretch). A shame , as had it not been for this experience, I would have rated this hotel more highly

My wife and I stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon in early Oct 2022. We were looking forward to receiving the same 5-star service that we had received the previous year at Nobu Mykonos. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case… Our room, supposedly one of the nicest, stunk like sewage, the in-room phone didn’t work, and the plunge pool wasn’t clean (nor warm). We tried addressing the issues with hotel manager Marta who apologized but never quite got everything up to par. The hotel location is also not ideal as it sits in between the two main towns and the only food option is Nobu. Far from the 5-star service of other Nobu hotels we’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for a “resort” style hotel this is NOT the hotel for you.

Great location, restaurant very expensive (water 12 euros), very clean, all women staff competent and professional, turn down services one night out of three, not the Four Seasons albeit Four Seasons Prices, all that said would return. The Women at the front desk were wonderful in all respects
