아브라조 빌라(Abrazo Villas)

What a beautiful place! Perfectly situated in my opinion out the way of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the bus and local shops. The villa was stunning and spotless! The pool area was gorgeous and so picturesque! The Manager and all staff were so helpful and polite too organising transfers when needed and trips! but the highlight for us was Dimitri running the hotel bar, the food he cooked was outstanding and could not do enough for you! Will definitely return! Thank you!

Breakfast is below average, poor service (during breakfast many stuff is lacking ) like no teaspoon, bread not enough. no table napkins and whole lot more..no microwave, no kitchen hand towels. Personals are moody,

We stayed in the Thea villa which is located at the back of the villa complex. The villa itself was very clean, the hot tub was lovely and there is a Carrefour literally about a minute walk from the villa. We had an optional free breakfast which was nice of cold cuts, bread, coffee and juice. The sunrise from the villa itself is such a sight to behold and you can see it from bed which is an added bonus. Communication was great here and the staff were very friendly and giving us advice about where to go and where to eat, even offering to get us reservations on places on our behalf - thank you Irina! I've read a few reviews on here about it being too hilly and the roads being unwalkable. Whilst I would say that yes, the roads in Santorini generally don't have footpaths, that's not exclusive to this place so don't rate it against that. And to anyone complaining about how steep it is, again, yes it is steep, but if you look at a map before you arrive at the island, you will realise it's literally a volcanic caldera so I don't know what people really expect. To solve this, the villa offers to hire ATV/quad bikes to get around for quite a reasonable price, and it's such a great way to get around so highly recommend that. To people also claiming on sadly missing out on the sunset, it's a 10-15 walk up to Imerovigli (it's a steep hill) or a 1 minute drive with a quad, which again, I recommend, so it's really easy to catch the sunset if you wish to see it, it's not hard. 5*!!

A specific amount of money was taken from my wallet and my girlfriends purse while the room was being cleaned. No question what happened, when my concern was brought up to the manager she was rude and accusatory towards me. We filed a police report and are trying to get our money back. This is the last thing I want to do on my vacation to Greece, total BS. Besides that, the place is mediocre at best. Not worth the money they charge, stay away from this place.

Customer service was awesome! Helped me change my flight date with *********** which was a nightmare. Small walk up hill to the sunset resurants, but great spot to sit by the pool for the sunrise. Recommend hiring a quad bike

Overall this property was disappointing. Located on a very busy uphill road, definitely not walkable. The road is very noisy at night and there was a constant loud noise throughout the night that kept us up. The bed is pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, stale cookies and bread. Not many vegetarian options (fruit, few slices of cheese and hard boiled eggs). Called to ask for more coffee for breakfast but was told we were unable to get any cappuccinos or espresso. The service was not the best, only cleaned our room once during our 3 night stay. Never replenished our toilet paper or shampoo/ body wash. Was only offered 2 water bottles for our entire stay. The pool area was nice and the pool bar had really good food. Overall we expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Run away from this property. See pics for your info. Listen to the bad reviews, horrible place, overpriced, not a 4 start hotel, more like a 1 star hotel, they are scamming people. After pointing out such disgusting, dirty conditions, no money back was granted, we had to book two different hotels, no concern at all to fix the situation. Entitled, tried to prove us wrong constantly, Shane on ******* gif posting this place. See it for yourself!

0 stars. This place is operating like a street motel with no cleaning and sanitary standards. They took advantage of us, we booked from the USA, $900 total for two nights only to find out this was a total scam!! RUN AWAY FROM this place! Cancel!

We couldn't sleep at this hotel. This is the real villas. The manager made no effort to fix the problem. Would you pay €350 to sleep on that bed? I don't like to post reviews. I understand that they are important for business but this was a horrible experience. We weren't offered a refund, or to switch rooms or anything, not even let's call house keeping. We were told we complain too much.
