Our stay at Elia Apartments in Santorini was disappointing from the outset and quickly became distressing and stressful — not what you expect, or want, from a holiday. There was no welcome pack, unless you count an already-opened packet of mint tea bags and a used bottle of body wash! The kitchen was absurdly under-equipped: we had one fork, one very small knife, and a scratched non-stick pan. There were no tea towels, no drying tray, and only two toilet rolls for a week-long stay for two people. One of the cleaning cloths was visibly dirty, and the outdoor area had exposed wiring. The shower had poor water pressure and wouldn’t stay in position. We raised these concerns politely and early, requesting only the most basic self-catering essentials. While a few cheap items (oil, salt, pan, knife) were eventually brought, the host’s attitude quickly turned hostile. Rather than engaging professionally, the host accused us of lying, dismissed our concerns, and told us we were no longer welcome. We were forced to leave mid-stay — simply for complaining. The situation became unnecessarily unpleasant, with the host sending inappropriate and accusatory messages, including personal remarks. It was genuinely upsetting to be treated this way — especially after trying to resolve things reasonably. Santorini is full of beautiful people, but this experience cast a dark shadow over our visit. The apartment is not as advertised and the host’s behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this property if you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience. The stress and distress we experienced here should never happen to any guest.

Booked this cause of the pics on TA, exactly what we needed, room was lovely and clean and, second night air con stopped working, manager upgraded us to a bigger room and superior with in ground jacuzzi, we could practically, just about see the famous sunset from our patio. jacuzzi stopped heating up and the staff were there within the hour to fix it. Nothing was a bother to them, and the complimentary bottle of fine on arrival was a nice touch. the hotel is down quite a steep hill so if your not the best mobile be warned, but its well lit at night. the food in the hotel is good and actually cheaper than most restaurants in Oia. the hotel managed everything from us, from airport pick up to car hire for the day to restaurant reservations. i would advise however we booked sunset amoudi for dinner and although its a nice view for the sunset there is better and at a cheaper price the restaurant clearly relies on tourist trade but the prices are ridiculous 110 euros for some of the fish dishes, please !!! overall hotel and staff were great, the pools are not heated but nice to escape the suns heat. would stay again and compliments to the manager and staff

Le logement dispose d'une terrasse avec espaces avec et sans soleil direct, au calme, idéal pour manger dehors. Pas de four micro-ondes. La lunette des WC était mal fixée. Bonne literie. Une seule chambre. Que pour 2 personnes. Parking possible juste devant avec petite voiture (maxi citadine). À 20 minutes à pied de Fira, trajet en longeant la route fréquentée.
