Beautiful hotel. Lovely dining room and pool area. Nice location with short walk to beach and shopping. Very nice room with private balcony. Washroom could use an upgrade. Tub/shower was a bit confusing. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. Provided a take away breakfast when we departed early. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Dinner in restaurant was very tasty.

An excellent experience. This hotel is well located for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The rooms have private balconies, which was great for morning coffee. The rooms were clean and decent in size. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

what a fantastic break, great location, close to the beach and lovely local eateries, Although the airport is very close it is not exactly Heathrow .Breakfast and the food from their menu was very good. Rooms, pool area and the rest of the hotel were kept spotless and the staff were all excellent and a credit to themselves and the hotel

I agree with all reviews regarding cleanliness, location,food , it was perfect and very beautiful hotel. The only reason, I would not give it a 5 is the staff rudeness, we all realize that this was the end of the season and 6 months of 7 days a week of 10 hour shifts is exhausting, but most could not even smile at us. We were a group of 8 ladies all over 50 so we were not hard to handle. Just asking to get unlocked from a bathroom that had locked us in twice was a burden and made us feel stupid although the lock was broken and not our fault. Asking for anything or wishing them good morning was met with no reaction, no smile, and just plain rudeness, really left us with a bitter memory of an otherwise wonderful place to visit.

Beautiful hotel. The pool area clean and tidy.. the pool was lovely ..plenty of sunloungers too. Really spotlessly clean and tidy..had our room cleaned every day. Fridge and kettle a bonus too The staff are lovely . The breakfast was superb. It is a fantastic selection of super fresh food with a huge variety . Loved our holiday. Thank you so much RoseBay staff x

Well let’s start with location to beach and restaurants in area great. Staff manager in specific is rude. Two keys are needed to keep AC on but will only give you 1 key in check in. Had to argue with staff for extra key to keep room cool while gone. Breakfast is horrible. Rooms need total upgrade. Very dated . Shower curtain was held op with dollar tree rings that broke when I slipped in shower.

Ideally situated at one end of the Kamari Promenade, across the road from the excellent Lolo's Restaurant and minutes away from Kamari's bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is perfectly sized, there is never a shoprage of sunbeds, and the hard-working staff are friendlyand efficient. The only downside is being amost directly inderneath the Santorini Airpost flightpath, but this is not a big problem and the noise only lasts a few seconds. No hesitation in recommending and would be happy to go back.

Just returned from this lovely relaxing peaceful hotel with amazing hard working staff.The food and drinks were delicious. No hesitation in recommending this hotel that has a chilled vibe and no sunbed wars.Situated on a side street one minute from the main bars and beach yet so peaceful and quiet. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and as a solo traveller they also took my suitcase to my room .Thank you I hope to return one day.x
