This hotel is located at the slope of the touristy trail on a slope of Fira. A lot of tourist along the road taking beautiful photos. It has two entrance and the one closer to the road where you will see the hotel tend to be closed and have to go a few footsteps further to get inside. The receptionist is friendly and responsive who is staying nearby the hotel. Receiption may not always have people standby but there's a sign there with WhatsApps number for you to reach to the receptionist. The public pool is awesome with nice view and a bar. The room I stayed has an indoor jaccuci and and outdoor small pool. It is relatively to the Fira bus terminal and the very close to the cable car station where you can take it to the port for volcano tour. There was only a slight glitch at night was there was a electricity outage for about 30mins at night but luckily I was almost ready for bed. The breakfast was huge but had to have it at the bar dining area instead of outside the suite.

Location is at the top of Santorini which is not so convenient to get there. However, the view is excellent.

Santorini dual jacuzzi Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The reception personnel helped us book transportation to the port and even helped with luggage.

We stayed for 4 nights B&b. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much to ask. It’s in a good location and the room was really nice. They provided a gluten free breakfast for me so I was very happy. The room was big and had a large jacuzzi at the back of the room. I would recommend this hotel it’s in a good location and has a very instagramable pool.

Stayed in top room from their suites- Private villa with panoramic view and jacuzzi. Guess, what it was infested with tons of bedbugs. Reported my bites with a live bedbug, they changed the bedding etc in the room and said "Sorry, probably previous guest brought it". But from the size of infestation, the problem seemed to have been there for quite a while. I now have bites all over my upper body- neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back. Cycling my clothes in public laundromats on high heat multiple times on the vacation, hoping I don't carry these home. And this is not a 4-star hotel in any way. It's like of a small 1-star motel. No drinking water supplied in room, no coffee machine. Breakfast was below average.

The location was wonderful overlooking the caldera. In general the hotel is average in its overall quality of services. The rooms were not practically designed, the breakfast offered and personnel kind but not professional. The money spent were more that is offering.
