Comfortable clean rooms, lovely staff, excellent yoga instructors, brilliant location. Restaurant menu was a little over ambitious although the banana macadamia nut pancakes and the sorbets are excellent. Very good cocktails.

Good breakfast Drinks and other food seemed overpriced relative to the other local bars/eateries

This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been all over the world! The surroundings are just so relaxing. Nice and shaded. I stayed for 5 nights and kept finding a new spot to chill out each evening ie one of the hammocks dotted about, seating or just at the pool. The bar/restaurant adjacent serves delicious food and drink that is very reasonably priced. The room smelt so clean and fresh and was so nice to walk into on return from a (hot and sweaty) hike. Beach and Montezuma town is on your doorstep also.

The location is Eden like and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am a nomadic worker so would have liked a bit better connection in my room

A beautiful place with helpful staff and lots of thoughtful touches, like the organic insect repellent and a proper kettle, mugs and milk in the room. Delicious treats arrived daily. Stunning setting surrounded by masses of wildlife though the drive down is a little hairy in the dark - the last bit of road is terrible. Nearby beaches are quiet and pretty. Comfortable beds and lovely private terrace. Good breakfasts and cocktails. Excellent yoga classes with the loveliest teacher were an unmissable start to the day. The only slight negatives were the lack of hot water (though it was so hot outside it didn’t really matter) and some of the restaurant staff seemed a little inexperienced and in need of training. But we’d return in a heartbeat!

Very nice property in this quaint town. Service was impeccable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Excellent water pressure. Property was located steps from beach and town. The beach in this area is a little rocky, but a 20 minute hike to Playa Grande and you will be at one of the most gorgeous beaches for surfing and swimming. It includes a nice little water hole on the way. If I go back to this area, I would stay here again. Nice job NYA!

Clean and comfortable, very friendly stuff, amazing restaurant and bar, 2 min walk to the ocean and the Montezuma village, all surrounded by lush jungle and full of various animals (birds, monkeys, koate).

Great experience at Nya! We got upgraded to a room with a terrace and we enjoyed the hotel's excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. We also got surprised with treats every day at the room and the staff placed umbrellas at the rooms when it rained. The breakfast is served a la carte and not as a buffet but the dishes are of very high quality and taste. Also comes with fresh juice and really good coffee. AC in the rooms were superb and ensured that we could get away from the heat easily when needed. Also loved that it had so many spots for relaxation in hammocks and the great location close to both the beach and the Montezuma town center. Only negative I would say is that some of the staff (just a few) were not super service minded, and there was at times some noise from other rooms and animals outside. All in all, an excellent hotel I would love to come back to.

This place is incredible! The staff is super accommodating and they have many beautiful amenities.
