Kick back and relax in this calm 1b/1b stylish private space. Minutes from downtown Milton, FL and Blackwater State Park- offering kayaking, fishing & tubing. Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a home with an attached private room for rent. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the back yard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Do not flush feminine hygiene products down toilets (septic system). My husband and I were totally impressed with the design of the room! Beds were very comfortable! Checking-in and out was super easy! Wonderful experience I was traveling to Milton with my daughter and wanted somewhere close to my family that lives there - there's not much in the way of hotels in a close distance, so i was happy to find this space! The space is clean, comfortable, and has all the things you might need for your stay. Rebecca was very quick to answer any questions, and maintains the space immaculately. I would highly recommend to anyone else, and should we find ourselves back this way, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
