지라후엔 포레스트 앤드 리조트(Zirahuen Forest and Resort)

Terrible boat/hotel/activities integration, we were advised to stop in one of the docks to quad bike and horse ride, only to find out after a half an hour hike uphill that it was all booked up. Don’t visit this resort, otherwise the lake is beautiful and local people charming

This place has 3 locations: one hotel and bungalow site in the village center of Zirahuén, another one 20 min out of the village, and a restaurant in the middle. All 3 locations are on the shore of the Zirahuen lake. We stayed in one of the wooden bungalow huts at the “Alpina” site 20 minutes from the village and had a wonderful relaxing time. Service is friendly, the wooden bungalow huts are simple but have all the amenities you need for a stay in nature, and are very charming. The site offers all kinds of activities, including horseback riding, a zipline, and rents out kayaks and rowing boats. The views of the lake are wonderful.

It is a beuriful place , a must repeat!!

I was disappointed in our overall experience was not a pleasant one. The location is very hard to find not to mention the speed bumps are horrible. The cabin itself gets very cold due to the lack of insulation. Even after running the chimney for hours. There is no pool, or any type of food near by because the in-house restaurant closes at 5:00. To me, this place needs a lot of work before it’s ready to service. On the positive side, the lake is absolutely beautiful.

when i made this reservation it stated, that adventure park activities are on site, this is totallly purposful misadvertisement. As this resort has two locations. I called the night before to verify and once again was told yes the activities are on site. When we got there we found out that 1) the activities are on the other side of the lake, at the other facility 2) the boat to take you there is 200 per person and you must wait until there is a load of 12 passenger. 3) you can drive there but it's a rough road and it only takes about 10 min drive. 4) the cabin was sooooo cold with a temp of only 41 a few pieces of firewood. 5) the flame on the stove was so low it was taking 15 min to warm up water.

No se hospeden es este disque"resort" cabañas alpinas Cabañas pequeñas, sin WiFi, y muy muy caras. Camas incómodas, todo muy simple y nada de buen trato. Te ofrece actividades, pero todo es con costo. Hasta si quieres hacer uso de una mesa villar q tienen en recepción es con costo extra. Si quieres entrar al baño te cobran. Definitivamente pésima experiencia. No ahí nada cerca ni siquiera donde comprar agua. Y solo te ponen dos botellas por cabaña. La peor experiencia que eh tenido. Muy caro y para nada. No tienen actividades para pasar un buen fin de semana. No te ofrecen un plus. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

La cabaña más hermosa donde me he quedado. En esta ocasión viajamos con amigos y kos quedamos en una de las suites que tienen una de las mejores vistas hacia el lago de zirahuen. Me encanto el lugar muy cerca de la tirolesa y actividades de esparcimiento. Ideal para grupo de amigos o pareja

Fuimos de viaje en familia y la cabaña estaba muy linda, nos quedamos una noche. Nuestro problema fue al querer ir a la zona de diversión. Había que tomar una lancha para llegar ahí y cuando fuimos a la recepción nos dijieron que había que haber por lo mínimo 15 personas para empezar a vender boletos y no nos los quisieron vender. Dejamos nuestro número de teléfono y les avisamos que estaríamos ahí para que nos contactarán mientras fuimos a desayunar en los restaurantes ahí mismo. Pasaron dos horas y no nos llamaban, en ese tiempo empezó a llegar gente al muelle ya con boletos y se lleno una lancha. Nuestros hijos ya estaban enfadados de esperar ya que no recibíamos llamada le preguntamos al encargado de las lanchas como era que la demás gente ya traía boleto y nos contesto que había que comprarlos en la recepción. para entonces ya estaban llenando una segunda lancha y nosotros sin boletos aún. Mi esposo fue y pregunto que había pasado y le contestaron que la llamada no entraba que le podían vender boletos cuando se juntaran las 15 personas de nuevo que ya estaba llena la segunda lancha y nos tocaría ir en la tercera. No nos pareció porque no era justo tener que esperar una vez más siendo que nosotros llegamos a comprar boletos desde temprano y deberíamos haber salido en el primer viaje. Cuando nos quejamos no tuvieron más remedio que dejarnos subir en la segunda lancha, de no ser así se nos hubiera arruinado el rato que pudimos estar en el lago porque justo al venir de regreso llovio fuerte.

El lugar y todo muy bonito por que claro es natural pero del servicio que tal?? Solo les puedo recomendar no comer en el SnackBar es pesimo y super lentos. El lugar no esta acondicionado para nada. El calor es insoportable y es notorio que esta tipo de lugares solo se enfocan en el dinero y no eb los servicios que dicen ofrecer.
