Great AI hotel in an ideal location, a short walk from the beach in Sa Coma. Room comfort excellent and in the quieter adults area of the large complex. Food and drink quality was outstanding, with lots of choice. Food and drinks were available at all times of day. Lots of activities, with cycle hire included All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed in adult only section and this was our second time here. We love it. Food is fantastic, staff super helpful and hotel is exceptionally clean. Drinks are fantastic and if you want a cocktail not on menu just ask, they will make pretty much whatever you want. I’ve not stayed in many all inclusives but I can’t imagine it being better than this. Entertainment was perfect for us as we don’t like anything overbearing (didn’t enjoy the comedian on Tuesdays but I’m sure others loved him). Some free bikes out front or bikes for €10 refundable deposit at clubhouse. Can’t comment too much on family side but the pool was very warm (heated) and there’s a nice little coffee shop and other restaurants. My only incredibly picky comment would be the spa pool is a little tired but I imagine they will update it. The gym however is fab and they have updated machinery even since last year. We no doubt will book again for next year! Very sad to be going back to regular life! The staff work incredibly hard here, they are clearly trained very well.

An absolutely awful experience, I wish we had never visited this hotel. The family part of this hotel was filthy. The pool areas were not cleaned during our stay and there were ants crawling on the floor where drinks had previously been spilt. We witnessed bar staff throwing remnant's of drinks, with fruit slices in them into the nearby bushes. B block was filthy with bird faeces on the communal hall areas remaining throughout our time here. Our first room smelt like sewage and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It took a while to get this sorted and another room. The inter-joining room door was left unlocked and allowed guests next door access to our room. On day 3 our daughter got food poisoning/picked something up from the hotel and she has never been so poorly in her life. We ended up in hospital twice during our week's stay and her illness continued long after we returned. TUI are hiding the issues with this hotel and we have yet to have our complaint resolved (Feb 2025). We witnessed another child vomiting outside of our block and it is clear that this hotel needed a deep clean! I am shocked that TUI were aware of the illness spreading around the hotel and that it was clearly still affecting guests in August. I am disgusted by the Customer Service at TUI. TUI's Complaints and Legal Department make it extremely hard to contact anyone and are doing their best to deny responsibility for the issues at this hotel and the illness that was clearly spreading around making their guests extremely ill.

Pros: Fantastic staff Great pools Lovely food Nice drinks Lovely rooms Great family / adults area set up Well laid out Italian restaurant was great all round Very good hotel app Perfect weather Cons: Mop family pool areas more often - was hardly done Need more tables at pools and roof top bar Stop people reserving loungers - but make sure there are enough Food options very limited for any kind of dietary requirement Asian restaurant too hot - we cancelled as a result Adult pool bar staff less friendly than all other staff Fan at fitness platform broken and on permanently, making an annoying noise and wasting power - staff who ran class knew and we also told pool bar staff but ‘not their area’ Three times when do not disturb was on someone (think minibar) knocked the door - and once tried to come into the room (luckily locked) and another time actually came in while I was in bed Some of the entertainment was more like karaoke and the pianist played the same songs on repeat every night

Returned yesterday from the most amazing week. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We stayed with our 14 year old son. Arrival Coach transfer was about an hour, we arrived at the hotel early afternoon and check in was quick, no one else waiting. Offered cava on arrival. Very welcoming. Very clean and modern. Room We were in a junior suite in block A. It was spotless. These are large rooms. Yes the bathroom situation isnt ideal especially with a teenager but its workable. There is a lounge and 2 balconys to retreat to to allow privacy for the short period someone is showering. The beds are super comfy. Plenty of drawers to store clothes. The housekeeping staff need a special mention as the room was cleaned every morning to a high standard. Mini bar was also replenished daily which was great. Pools Lots of activities to watch or join in with in the activity pool. When we arrived on 24th may it was heated but then it was turned off and remained cold but was ok when you got in as it was hot weather during our stay. If you have a cloudy or cool day then it wouldnt be enjoyable in the pool at all. Pool area cleaned each morning. Food Excellent food, always lots of choice. Areas regularly cleaned. Loved the coffee shop and went daily,that's a really nice addition. Themed restaurants, we did green and grill and italian and glad I booked them on arrival as I tried to book a third during our stay and they were all booked up for the week. The main restaurant is very chaotic until late on, not enjoyable but food is good and plenty of it. Excellent kids section which my son as a picky eater would have been absolutely fine with when younger. Staff The staff in this hotel were amazing, friendly, helpful and very hardworking. Took time to remember you. Special shout out to Tomaz in the restaurant and the piano bar staff. We felt very welcome in this hotel. We will be returning definitely but in 2027 when out son is 16 and we can stay in the adults section. The hotel isvery family friendly and attracts lots of younger children which makes the family side of the hotel less relaxing at certain times. Having said that it was half term and all 3 of us really really enjoyed it, something for everyone and my son was very comfortable and happy there. My top tips 1. Book your restaurant eg Italian etc on arrival 2. If you have teenagers eating in the main family restaurant after 8 seemed to be calmer if you wanted a more peaceful dining experience

Had such a great time at this hotel! Food was great, drinks were also lovely, staff fantastic! Shout out to Mark in reception who helped a couple of times and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us, really appreciate it! Absolutely will be coming back!
