This hotel is in a peaceful location towards the north of the island. From the hotel itself, the sea views and the amazing staff, this has been the most relaxing holiday we have had in years. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport (taxi €40), the hotel is beautifully furnished with welcoming ambience, modern decor and our room was cosy and comfortable. Immediately on arrival staff welcomed us with drinks. We arrived a few days after opening, so there were a few adjustments. Paco and the team were happy to accommodate anything we needed, and were wonderful from start to finish. Being the start of the season there were a few adjustments to the menus, but the paella and steak were just some of the stand out dishes we enjoyed. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spectacular with a wide variety of dishes. One thing was always consistent - the taste, the quality of the food and the service. We sampled Japanese menu one night (Lachimo). It’s *****ped back menu, allowed for excellent presentation of reliable dishes and excellent taste and quality of the all the favourites (gyoza, salmon and tuna rolls, edamame and matcha ice cream). The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms offer spectacular views of the sea. The gym is small, but there is an outdoor section to it and it has everything you need to do a full workout of any description from stretching and foam rolling, to cardio, to free weights and cables. Being without a car, we managed to find the beach (3 min walk) and a secluded little cala (10 min walk up the coastline). Our objective was to chill and relax and this hotel more than delivers on this. If you want to explore a little further, Robby the guest experience manager is a wealth of knowledge. He communicated us prior to our arrival and tailored our visit to ensure our anniversary celebrations were not overlooked. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with the most amazing staff, all of whom were excellent. Special thanks to Robby, Paco, Marta, Luna, Alba, Alejandro, Gonzalo and Lucia who really made us feel like family. There is construction work going on on the adjacent hotels, but it is due to complete next week (May 10th). And honestly it did not bother us in the slightest. The staff really cemented this excellent 5-star experience.

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet resort at this time of year. Very little to do without a car or transport. Breakfast items were varied but mostly hot dishes were luke warm. Some of the cereals were stale. Coffee from the machine left a lot to be desired. Staff were mostly lovely but some gave us the feeling they were at the end of their season and couldn’t be bothered. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel in a pretty resort but it wasn’t for us. We only stayed 2 nights, which was enough for us, before moving to another hotel across the Island

Friendly -pool area quiet -restaurants nearby good.Hope to visit next year only slight concern is impact of new build hotel next door

Really enjoyable stay, lovely location, setting and quality features throughout - breakfast was very good! Very friendly staff, with a particular mention to Saki, one of the waitresses - who was fantastic.

The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. All the staff were fantastic and the entertainment each night was wonderful. A couple of areas for improvement though. The breakfasts were great albeit the boiled eggs were old and had grey marks around the edges and the sun lounger cushions needed to be taken in over-night as some looked dirty / grubby and they got soaked in the Storm. In addition most days we had to ask for more coffee pods and milk and bottle water. I think to be a 5 x star hotel these should be provided daily, without having to request them. There were also lots of mosquitos and we got badly biten but that maybe just because of the rains. Lastly when we came to check out and go to the airport our rent-a car was parked in in the Siau Ibiza parking lot. Everyone at Reception was super helpful and luckily a guest at the hotel came and moved his car so that we could maneuver the car out but there was no way to know or contact the parson who had parked me in. It may have even been someone just going to the beach. It lead to a very stressful time as we through maybe we would have to get someone to come tow the car away. Maybe there should be some identification process for the cars in the parking lot or a barrier to entry to ensure no non-guests park in the parking lot or, all car keys should be left at Reception in case cars need to be moved.

An excellent hotel, all staff were very attentive, a special mention to Robbie who gave some excellent restaurant recommendations and general information about the island.

What s as lovely surprise this hotel was!! The staff were amazing, the food was just delicious and the attention to detail serving to none!!
