Lovely hotel. Ample sized rooms, nice restaurant on site. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a huge choice. Little bit far out of town if you don't have your own transport, but regular tram service is about 1km walk away.

From the moment we arrived we were met with welcoming friendly staff. Our room was on the ground floor so easy access to the pool / bar and reception. Beds were comfy (thankfully pillows too - I can’t sleep with hard pillows as they give me headaches). Although not many sunbeds for the number of rooms. there was no issue trying to get one - at differing times of the day when we went for a swim, there were free sunbeds and umbrellas. It was quiet which made for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is about 4.5km from Alicante marina, the number 22 bus goes every 17 mins from the stop 150m away from the hotel - so if you want bars / restaurants you can be there within 20 mins and cost €1.45 each way…equally travel on the number 22 bus in the other direction for some more nice bars and restaurants.

Very clean, welcoming and in the perfect location. Situated in a quite area away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Would definitely recommend as is walking distance from the beach and the perfect view to enjoy the sunset. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Only thing I would change is to have tea and coffee to make hot drink in room and not just the kettle and cups.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it does not disappoint! The hotel is immaculate and has all the facilities you need. My parents requested a kettle, and it was brought out with a selection of t-bags within seconds. Breakfast was as fantastic as I remembered it, with a great selection to choose from. Despite the very wet and windy weather we had a fantastic stay, making use of the local restaurants (the hotel arranged a taxi on one very wet night), and the local buses. Alicante is a short bus ride away, or if you want to venture further afield, the trams are also excellent! We would return!

They just cancelled my booking 2 days before checking in, despite I‘ve booked it and PAID few months ago! They call it „sorry overbooking“. How come?! How is it even possible! Don’t recommend relying on the hotel definitely! -------------

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast buffet is all you could ask for. You will need a car to get around though. There’s plenty of free parking by the hotel. A short drive away is the brilliant beach at playa de san juan
