La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, con una vista muy bonita y con muchísimos restaurantes al lado en el puerto. Cuesta un poco llegar, eso sí, y es probable que en temporada alta sea muy difícil aparcar. El desayuno de notable. La ducha de cortesía el último día por la tarde es un detallazo para aprovechar bien el día de salida. El servicio muy atento.

Our second visit and we love the hotel as much as the first time. However, for me, the quality of the food wasn’t quite as good as last year. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the selection of things but something about was missing this year. We did inform the patient experience manager that we didn’t think things were quite right as it’s only fair to feedback rather than being a keyboard warrior. The positives outweigh the minor negatives- All of the staff are fabulous and work so hard. Location is stunning - lots of bars/restaurants in the harbour if you want a walk/eat out Roof top terrace has the the best views, plenty of sun loungers, a bar, whirl pools and a breeze Rooms are spotless and beds comfy All inclusive drinks are very good Brilliant 15 minute transfer We are planning our trip for next year as we love this place!

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and again we were so impressed! We stop in the waterfront rooms, well worth the extra money to sit on the balcony and watch the boats, yes, they only get sun until about 11am but that suits us perfectly not wanting to be sat in full sun all day. The roof top bar and spa pools are great, a very chilled atmosphere and I used the undercover pool in a morning to swim lengths, the pools aren't huge but lovely non the less. It all depends what your priorities are from a hotel. I had 2 treatments in the spa this time, both were amazing and very good value. We were BnB as like to use the hotel as a base and eat either in neighbouring Cala Fonts or Mahon. I have to say the breakfast selection is always huge! Special mention to the kitchen who kindly put on a great selection of gluten free food for me and the guys that that the omelette station! House keeping were super, the rooms were lovely and clean and they were also super friendly! If you are looking for a party hotel, theres probably better options, but if you want chilled and sophisticated this is a great options. Can't wait to come back again!

Fabulous location. Situated in a fabulous spot with views overlooking the water from the terrace, this is a fairly modern hotel. Within easy walking distance of some fabulous restaurants and local bus stop it is an ideal place to stay. The staff are very helpful, professional and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious enough with much needed air con. Very comfortable beds, 3 pillows and nice towels. A bit of a different layout in as much as the washbasin is in the bedroom, separate toilet and separate shower, there was no lighting for the shower and the extractor had a tendency to drip, this was mentioned twice to the staff and maintenance were sent to investigate. Also, no slip mat was provided so we used a hand towel as the shower tray was not safe without it. The room overlooked the pool and had a small balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was okay, It is a buffet style and I would say the pastries were the best out of the choices. Some fruit was very nice, some not so much. The meat and cheese was changed daily and again some of it was more appealing than others. I didn't have the cooked food or cereal and yogurt so cannot comment. My partner had cooked food every morning and found the bacon very salty and the sausage rather strange. Staff very quick to clear away your plates etc., so make sure you tell them not to remove if you want seconds. There was entertainment on most evenings in the lobby, some acts were very good, the duo Feedback were my favorite during our stay. Drinks are not cheap, make sure you ask the price before you order, a rum and coke costs almost 12 euros! This was brought to the attention of the staff and we got two tickets for free cocktails as a gesture of goodwill.

Our first impressions of the hotel was not good, we arrived early and was told that our room was not ready. We were told that we could wait and put our cases in storage which we did. We were told that if our room was ready that they would phone us, if not we were to return to reception at 2pm to check. We had to ask where everything was and if it was possible to have our AI bands so that we could use the facilities. I had read previous reviews about checking in, so we took our swimming stuff within our hand luggage. We noticed people checking in after us were offered cava and even ice creams we had none of this. We travelled with another couple and we all paid the same price but they had more things in their room - dressing gowns, slippers, wine, water & soft drinks, not sure why we all didn’t have the same? The hotel is very nice and in a lovely location, its only a 5 min walk to the local restaurants and bars. The breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Lunch time menu is limited but always has a hot option Dinner has lots of options and a good choice of freshly cooked food. The food on the hot plates isn’t always the hottest. Good selection of wine and cocktails throughout the day. Swimming pool is quite small and could do with some steps leading into the shallow end rather than two sets in the deep end, The roof top is amazing with jacuzzi’s and great views. Evening entertainment is ok. The staff are all great and very friendly, we had a lovely holiday. We will would return to this hotel.
