Grand Hotel Parco del Sole - All Inclusive

自駕的話比較方便，在索倫託市中心附近，走到市中心20分鐘左右，酒店有漂亮的院子種滿了檸檬樹，還有一個游泳池夏天才開放，房間中規中矩，早餐種類豐盛特別多，各式各樣的甜麪包！整體還不錯

We visited here just after the pandemic and although there were some restrictions at that time, we had a beautiful holiday. Having returned 3 years later, it’s an entirely different experience. The staff are absolutely fantastic! They really are. The food is good although some of the fresh stuff has been replaced with shop bought alternatives. However the room is horrendous- we’ve had the air con on at 16 for a week and it just blows out warm air— the rooms temp has stayed at 26 all week. No balcony either so only a small window to bring in fresh air. The main issue really though is the music in the pool/bar area. It’s on a cycle of the same songs, on repeat. For example of 90mins, the individual songs played 4 times. It’s akin to torture and would be best used on SAS: who dares wins. What a shame.

This hotel could be great. The staff are great, the food is pretty good but a bit of a bun fight at times, the rooms are comfortable as a base and clean. The carpet throughout needs replacing. The fixtures and fittings in the bedrooms need updating. The bars are underutilised. Fully inclusive drinks; depends who's serving. Small plastic tumblers for weak lager, prosecco etc. Not nice to drink from. It's a good base for visiting the sites as the train station is less that a 10 minute walk. Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvios etc all reachable. Watch out for pick pockets on busy stations. We were nearly caught out by two but thanks to my partner's quick reaction, and a hand to the throat, they quickly disappeared!! There's a free shuttle into Sorrento with a short walk into the center. Escape the crowds by getting to Piano, visit the palace and take a lift down to the marina di cassano for some peace and quiet. The town of Sorrento is buzzing with great bars and restaurants. O'Parrucchiano is a must and visit their garden after dinner. Amazing oasis. We saw the Three Tennors at the Museum. It was great, very witty, amazing musicians and singers. So much to do, so little time!

we checked in for 10 days late May into early June 2025, first impressions were good, the grounds are stunning, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was decent, plenty of choice, some people complained about the pizza and pasta but you're in Italy and that's what they eat, some of the pasta dishes were delicious and the pizza, freshly baked from a traditional oven, the barbecue nights were excellent, there was always plenty to choose from, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels on request, you can tell parts of the hotel have been upgraded and some parts are probably due an upgrade but on the whole it was decent, we'd stay again without hesitation, Sorrento is a beautiful area.

First of all many thanks to all the staff at the hotel especially to joe and nina big hugs missing you already,what a fantastic week we had in your hotel,food was excellent ,nothing was too much for the staff to attend to,once again many thanks we both hope to return soon,grazie molto .
