Good but very busy. But will come back. Delicious food and lovely ambience. Staff very friendly. We all enjoyed ourselves. Big choice of local dishes. And good choices for kids. For me it was a little expensive, but we are on a very tight budget.

We visited the hotel for 4 days with our extended family (8 adults and 5 kids) with half board. The hotel felt fresh and very convenient which is great when travelling with kids. The pool area was suitable for both kids and adults, with good pool areas for the kids to play in. The kids playroom was big and clean with was a great plus. While dinner was not a culinary masterpiece it was ok but as the restaurant was service mindef, convenient for kids and had good wine it was a good overall experience. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very good located next to the gondola up to the mountain where there are good playgrounds for the kids. The view from the rooms were good and the rooms felt fairly modern and fresh.

Nothing to fault - lovely staff, room amazing, good food and amazing view. What is not to like!? Would recommend and return (hopefully soon!). Great set of activities for both adults and kids - we all loved it (even with mixed weather which they can’t control!)

Awesome kitchen, great views and pretty much choices of sauna, nice pools with a comfy water temperature. Austria is great indeed. I was here during the business trip but I really liked it. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom, the design is not top modern but is solid and very good

Absolutely perfect. Views, quality of the hotel facilities, staff, food…drink. The hotel whilst spotlessly clean and with superior facilities manages to make the stay not “stuffy” at all. The staff look after both the adults and children in a really friendly and welcoming manner.

Stayed 4 nights recently at the Alpina as part of a trip to Austria and absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a family room which had a separate sleeping area for children, the room was very comfortable and appeared to be recently refurbished, with a balcony with beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is beautiful from top to bottom, the infinity pool was wonderful and we also enjoyed the indoor pool (plus our children loved the slide/small pool). We booked the deluxe meal plan which was well worth it, the food in the restaurant was fantastic - beautifully presented and always of a very high standard. Breakfast was also great, particularly the pancakes and waffles made to order and (my highlight) the freshly squeezed orange juice machine. We also had lunch in the Italian restaurant which was also very good. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the spa (for massage and manicure - excellent) the tennis court and golf simulator, and our children loved the adventure playground in front of the hotel. We didn’t use the mini club but there seemed to be plenty of children’s activities available. The only thing which could possibly have improved our stay would be air con in the rooms as it was very hot during our stay although it wasn’t too bad in the room as we were given fans by reception and closed our curtains when we were out to keep cool. It also tended to get cooler at night. So all in all we absolutely loved this hotel, I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had the hotel transfer from the airport which was excellent, next time I might hire a car and stay longer as there is lots to do in the local area. Staff throughout the hotel were great, particularly the reception and spa staff. Look forward to visiting again soon.
