I booked hotel only three days before arrival for seven nights. On arrival day I told lady on reception that I will stay five nights. But they charge me for seven nights anyway, they even tried to charge for tourists tax seven nights. On my intervention they removed that small amount but very significant.

We stayed at Grieshof a few times. It’s a special treat for our family trip, and meet up with friends too. It makes us happy just to see the yellow building! We took the option of half board, which means our stay, includes breakfast and dinner. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The food is amazing. Every night, we have a five course dinner, consisting of an appetizer, a soup, the salad, buffet, an entrée, and dessert. The trout fillet here is superbly delicious. The Wiener schnitzel is heavenly, probably the best I have had anywhere in Austria. It is an easy walk to the ski gondola in town. We highly recommend it.

We were only there for one night during the off season. In fact, the hotel was closing the next day and remain closed until the start of ski season. The staff on duty did not know we were coming, so they had to scramble to get us a room. They eventually moved us to a larger, nicer room, even though we didn’t complain.

We stayed at the Grieshof for 5 nights in a double room with balcony. Our flight and then train was delayed so we didn't arrived until 9.45pm. We were met at the station and assured that the chef had stayed behind for us. Despite being so late the waiters were most attentive and told us not to rush. Dinner was lovely. Throughout our stay all staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and tasty, we were on half board. Rooms were comfy and spotlessly clean. Our cleaning lady (Hungarian) was delightful. The indoor pool area was bliss especially as the temperatures were around 30 degrees. We've stayed in many hotels around the world and in Austria. We can't praise the Grieshof high enough. 11 out of 10. Super service from Stephanie and her team. We would have loved to know the names of the staff so maybe some name badges to personally mention outstanding service. Can 100% recommend the Grieshof.. Superb

So much to like about this smallish hotel, Food is excellent at every meal and some truly great staff members who make the stay welcoming and fun. Spa is exceptional and never very busy. Great location just off the main high street. Lovely owners who always make you feel welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week of accommodation in a large room with views of 5 mountain peaks with a large bath and very comfortable beds. Despite being in the heart of St Anton the neighbourhood was quiet. The meals were superb with the highlight being the 6 course gala dinner feast followed by live music and dancing. All meals delicious and varied. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is wonderful, everything is very convenient, pleasant and delicious)! We have a full board with daytime snacks)! all the hotel staff take great care of their guests, are very friendly and attentive, many thanks to Ulyana, who helped us a lot with all the questions that arise, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone)!

Fantastic place. The half board food was amazing. Very genuinely friendly everyone has a smile and is happy to help. We got free cards to the St Anton resort which got us up ans down lifts and use of the village pool. The Spa and pool were great. Rooms spatious comfortable and spotless

Very accommodating and showed much flexibility. We booked very late and informed the Hotel that we would be checking in after 23.00. Catherine/Kathryn was very reassuring and explained that our keys and rooms would be ready on arrival. Very clear instructions resulting in very smooth check in. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Both breakfast and dinner/lunch was fantastic. The village is spectacular with plenty activities for all ages. Highly recommend both this hotel and San Anton!
