A great holiday at the Lella Meriam Hotel. Nice spacious room, nice staff. The greatest experience for our children was meeting Hichem Ziadia. He is the best entertainment boss we have ever met. Thanks for everything Hichem!😊😊😊🥳

I recently stayed at Lella Meriam hotel in, zarzis Tunisia, which claims a four-star rating. While the staff were welcoming and the reception was commendable, my experience was far from a four-star standard. 1- Water Leaks: During a rainfall, water seeped into my room and the corridors, despite the balcony being securely closed. It took the hotel staff two hours to address this issue. 2- Air Conditioning: The room’s air conditioning was dysfunctional, resulting in unbearably warm nights as well as my son of 8 years old and I could not leave the window of the room and the door of the balcony opened because of mosquitoes and road noise despite the temperature is around 35 . 3- Safety Concerns: I observed electrical wires and power boxes exposed in the hotel corridors, which poses a significant safety hazard, especially for children. 4- Swimming Pool: The pool water was not maintained, and my son experienced eye irritation after swimming . I was informed by staff that they keep adding chloride Without changing the water . . 5- Staff Issues: I noted a general sense of dissatisfaction among the staff, possibly due to delayed salaries. 6- Entertainment: The entertainment programs lacked variety and were repetitive. 7- Cleanliness & Maintenance: The corridors were not kept clean, and there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the rooms. Thus, I have photographic evidence of these issues. Considering the numerous problems I encountered, I believe the hotel should provide compensation for not living up to its claimed standard.

It’s horrible, I cannot believe that a hotel can be this bad , the AC doesn’t work , the food is dull , the elevators don’t work and the most shocking thing is that the hotel room can’t be locked from the inside and any person can enter the room as they please, also the room is not that clean and there is dust and sand everywhere. It was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in and an unpleasant experience that I’ve never want to experience.

It will be really sad becauze we go back home tomorrow but it was really the neštěstí holiday ever we will come back Sion in september and we take again room Number 416 i really want to thank me Abichou and all his téma from security Kitchne recepcion bar and animation every one who work there super

The hotel look good and our room is nice and big. Thats perfect for big family. We met guys from animation team. They're so sweet, kind and friendly for us, specialy for our boys. They play with them all day. The head of animation team is Simo and ho love his job ❤

It was ok stay need more organize and maintenance

I have spent a good holiday in hotel "lella meriam" the rooms are comfortable. The service is well equipped. The people are very respectful. the animation team "Alex. Gaston. Jango. Yassino. Maro. Mazi. chahed " are very actif and cheerful. The Dj "Nino" is the best Dj ever. And i want to give a special thank for the chief animation "simo" for his respect and care for my family. I really enjoyed my holiday. And i want to meet them soon. Big love. Bzzzz
