The remodel was meticulously done with tremendous effort to maintain the look and feel of the original home with an added cool updated vibe. All the mill work on the exterior is original done locally in the 1890's The decor was chosen with great care to give each lucky person who spends time there an experience they will treasure forever. The home was updated using the original barn wood from the properties old tobacco barn, original hand cut beams & original ship lap walls. The double sided fire place is original and was restored adding warmth and coziness to the living space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher and service for 8 guests. Coffee and Tea station is provided The second level has all original flooring with two custom metal beds and a custom built armoire with antique gothic doors. Blackout window treatments are installed in each bedroom. The bedroom with the 2 double beds can be converted to a King size upon request. There is full bathroom on each floor and a claw foot tub on the second level for relaxing after a long day exploring the mountains.
