Great location with Free parking for our car. Very professional and friendly front desk. Magnificent stunning view surrounding the ocean. Love the Rooftop restaurant up at level 17 which is the same building with our hotel room, so convenient. Fun to spend sometime in the ****** which is just in the ground floor of the hotel. Everything is within hands reach.

As one would expect, great staff and service, easy access - and laid back and an inviting/friendly atmosphere compared to a few others I have visited. Been twice now after getting a great room rate and well worth the stay with some great views (room location dependant). Great choice of both casual inexpensive meals at the Boardwalk Bistro and the more upper class eateries. Great amenities in one location. Our family recently had the pleasure of staying in the Tower Bay View Suite at Wrest Point Tower Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention by the hotel staff. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The suite itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a significant factor when traveling with kids. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the unrestricted bay view from our suite. It was absolutely breathtaking and provided a serene backdrop to our stay. The kids were enthralled by the view, and it added an extra layer of magic to our vacation. In conclusion, our stay at Wrest Point Tower Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of the stunning view, immaculate suite, and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in the area.

I am very disappointed as I thought I booked a room in Wrest Point but instead it was in adjacent property called Motor Inn. I felt that I have been cheated as the picture in the booking details showed me Wrest point Towel and not Motor Inn. I thought the room was called Motor Inn as I have not been there to know the existence of Motor Inn. When I queried about it, they said it was the agent's (trip.com) fault . To move to the main tower will cost me an extra of $80. I felt I have been conned and they should have placed the Motor Inn building photo instead of the tower of Wrest Point in their website for booking. (It is deceptive marketing - show you a ferrari for sale and got a lemon after you have paid for it) Motor Inn is an old building and does not have lifts to the room we were allocated and being retirees , we have to carry our bags up to 2 flights of stairs. On top of that, the room walls were not sound proof and you can hear every customer slamming their doors and flushing their toilets. I thought we have booked the room with the sea view instead there were only bushes as a window view. It was so embarrassing when I thought I could request for a room on a higher floor in wrest tower for good views but instead shown out of the door to an old adjacent building call Motor Inn. In all its websites and advertising, there is not 1 photo to show Motor Inn as Wrest Point . It has always being the tower used to promote the sale of their rooms. The Bistro food is poor quality and costly. We order from the caviary and the food came out to be cold and dry. We wanted to try the other 2 restaurants Kwan Ho and the one on the 17 th floor in the main tower but were told they were close. I thought being a top notch hotel, their restaurant will be open 7 days instead they are closed 2 days.( sun and mon). - the days we were there sat,sun,mon) They have a fantastic location but sad to say they don't have the marks of a 5 star hotel. The first picture is what I thought I booked but the second picture is actually what I got. The 3rd picture is what is in the website for booking and the last picture is what you get.

Clean hotel, spacious room with a view of mount wellington (stayed in deluxe mountain view). Very beautiful views. Free parking and the restaurant selection are great. But on the fringe of Hobart CBD, so expect a bit of travelling to visit Battery Point, Salamanca Market, Franklin Wharf, etc.

千萬不要來入住，不管你曾是這家酒店的老客户還是沒來過的新客户.請你看完我的評價，再去考慮你是否要入住這家酒店. 這家酒店曾是一家非常好的酒店，疫情前，我經常來入住，當時服務不錯，風景也好. 疫情後，聽説換了管理團隊，兩次入住，我以及我的朋友，都在房間裏遇到了帶血的床單. 並且，酒店人員拒絕更換，説“一客一床單，這是酒店的規定，而且每週三，才會換新床單. 如果今天換了，這會讓他們多洗一條新的床單.”還出言威脅，説如果敢投訴就把你們永久拉黑，並且直接叫保安把你們趕走. 後來找到了另一位經理，給我們換上了一條帶有黃色印記的床單，像是尿過的痕跡. 並且表示他已經越界了，不能再給我們提供更多的床單了. 更可恨的是，在我們離店的時候，酒店工作人員因為我們要求更換床單一件事，向我們發來了舉報信，指責我們浪費他們的人力和床單. 甚至還埋怨我們走的時候沒有把垃圾帶走？？？還揚言要把我們拉黑？？？？？Excuse me？ 這是一家酒店該有的態度嗎？目前此事件已經提交“澳洲消費者權益保護部門”（ACCC）處理 酒店的浴袍也是爛的，浴巾是臟的，工作人員粗暴無禮，在早上多次擅自打開酒店客房的房門. 這些我們都忍了，但是看上去這家酒店好像並不懂得如何尊重客户……… 如果你不想收到前台和酒店經理沒完沒了的來自郵件和電話的惡意騷擾，以及非常糟糕的入住體驗. 帶血的床單，充滿氯氣的房間，發黴的空調.. 如果你不想讓你的旅行變得更糟或者不想去和別人吵架，請千萬不要來住這家酒店 最後説一句，評論一家酒店的好壞，不是看他們讓你多開心，而是要看他們在處理問題時的態度. 從這個角度講，這家酒店，不會是你們出行想要的住宿體驗. 因為這些員工，和管理者太過分了. 如果你不想住到最後被酒店工作人員惡意騷擾而去給ACCC寫投訴信的話，請千萬不要入住這家酒店.

The hotel has renovation. Room has been refurbished & so much nicer than last time I stayed. The hotel looked fresh & luxurious feels. Staff are nice. The hotel quite & has stunning view. It's a good place to escape for a pleasant weekend. Buffet breakfast at Broadwalk cafe with water view, but the windows should have blinds. Because the sun light can be too much on the eyes.
