샌톤 슬리퍼스(Sandton Slippers)

We stayed a week with Ruth and Alistair - and they were wonderfully accommodating and friendly! They were always ready to help give directions to places and suggest things to do. If we had any questions they were quick to respond and help out. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and very clean. The location was ideal for us and we felt very safe throughout our stay We had a walk around the neighbourhood park and enjoyed staying in the area. Also the breakfasts were great and tasty! We would stay here again as everything was so easy and pleasant - from arranging the booking, getting directions, communicating - the stay was wonderful.

Ruth and her Gorgeous Family are just AMAZING! You will not find more gracious hosts anywhere! Everything was exceptionally clean and perfectly placed, I felt completely at home, and the personalised breakfast is not just delicious, but made with care. In fact, everything is done with kindness and care, and it makes ALL the difference in the world! I know that if/when I stay anywhere else going forward, I will very likely be disappointed - Ruth and her family have raised the bar in excellence and awesomeness and I’m pretty sure no one else can reach it! Also, Whiskey is the Best doggo! 🌻🐶

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandton Slippers. We were welcomed through the garden gate by our host, Ruth Stewart surrounded by the smell of Jasmine. This courtyard area is a little santuary & the perfect spot to have a delicious home cooked breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated & furnished & the beds super comfortable. Our hosts made us feel so welcome & went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back :)

What a treat this stay was, the hosts, situation and not least of all the birds in the garden as you eat your breakfast. The venue and its surrounds are peaceful and pretty. Only a short walk to St Stithians where my conference was being held and a quick Uber to other points of interest for a visitor. I felt relaxed, welcome and even a little rested after my stay at this special spot.

What a lovely B&B. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were quiet and the area is very safe and clean. Ruth was so friendly and hospitable and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area :)

Dear Ruth, thank you for the super stay we had at your place. Very comfy bed and lovely linen. I loved having the fresh milk in the fridge. Perfect to enjoy the early morning cup of tea. The proximity to St Stithians College and Sandton City is perfect We will definitely be back. The breakfast was excellent

I had a great stay at Sandton Slippers for 2 nights on my trip to Joburg from Harare. Ruth and Alistair were such warm and welcoming hosts, and their staff as well. It was a central location and also safe and quiet. Breakfast was phenomenal!
