Staff is not so friendly. We stood in front of the check in counter but the staff was sitting on the sofa which meant for clients, hence we didn’t know he is a staff. We rang the bell and he looked at us for a while, continued sitting and talking to a lady who was also sitting on the sofa for 2 min, then stood up and walked towards the check in counter. We were puzzled.

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. The room was acceptable, but it could have been cleaner and better maintained. Some of the facilities were satisfactory, although a few areas could use improvement. Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. I hope the management will take guest feedback into consideration and continue improving their services.

Location is good, the wifi connection is weak, stay at second floor,sometimes not able connect the wifi.

As a business traveler, I was looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, and this property met my expectations. The only downside was that my room was located on the 3rd floor, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Other than that, everything was good. The area is quiet and comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day, and there are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk.

No lift …inconvinient Shower was not functioning properly …..overall rating 3/10

This time, there was no water supply in Sabah and the water supply in the hotel was pitifully small. The hotel is too old and don't have lift, the telephone and hair dryer is not working in the room

No tooth brush, aircon very noisy. Walk up 3rd floor

location ok,but there is like sound come from the ceiling,like water leaking

Double Bed used long time already, middle bed not good.

Location is good, room is slightly a bit outdated. However, the most unsatisfied is the room with mold on ceiling and it caused me sick on the next day. The rooms smells musty. Not recommend to stay for those with sensitive allergic rhinitis.

Clean and comfortable stay. Easy to call grab as well. No lifts yah
