Been visiting blitar several times for work but never consider to stay, until i notice there are proper hotel in town. The hotel located downtown, near to National Library and several cafe around. I arrive at 3 pm, check in was fast, staff is friendly and helpful. Room is relatively small but clean, i dont really like enjoy their bathroom layout as its lack of privacy (check on property photos for detail). The problem is breakfast, while there are wide array of menu but the taste is awful. I tried their local menu (porridge section), bread, and main dishes all are awful. Based on my experience, Santika always has this issue in their several property. Management should really take this issue very seriously. I would probably returning as there are no other proper property in town besides Santika. But surely not their breakfast.

Good location , Room are clean, Breakfast outstanding , nice staff and hospitality. This 2nd April we make big family reunion at Santika Ballroom and place are spacious , good facility , thanks to Mbak Laras from Santika that already organize the venue

comfort place, good view, but some of the features of digital television not work. Improvement: Give the netflix account in every room for cozy living. Beside that i think this place should get 5 starts👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The best hotel in Blitar. Great staffs; especially Denis, Titania, Dicky - Thank you so much for the amazing service. The food is good, hygienic, various choices. For sporty type people there is good gym facility. Really recommended and absolutely will stay in this hotel again.

BAHASA Pelayanan prima. Staff cekatan dan memperhatikan kebutuhan tamu. Terima kasih Kak Tania. Kami dibantu foto bareng mengabadikan foto saat breakfast. Breakfast enak dan komplit. Nasi gorengnya simple tapi wok hey nya dapet. Saya menginap di kamar deluxe Holywood. Desain kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah. Suka banget. Ruangannya estetik kasurnya kingbed empuk. Air mineral cleo dengan botol kaca. Amenities mandi lengkap. Perabot kamar mandi semua by TOTO. AC dingin, ada desk untuk bekerja, colokkan memadai. Benar-benar memperhatikan detail kecil yang dibutuhkan konsumen. ENGLISH "I had a stay at Hotel Santika Blitar and left as a satisfied guest. Excellent service. The staff is responsive and attentive to guests' needs. Thank you, Kak Tania, for helping us capture a memorable photo during breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and complete. The fried rice was simple but had that perfect wok hei flavor. I stayed in a Deluxe Hollywood room. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which I really liked. The room has an aesthetic design, a soft king-sized bed, and Cleo mineral water in a glass bottle. The bathroom amenities were complete, and all bathroom fixtures were by TOTO. The AC was cold, there was a work desk, and the power outlets were sufficient. They truly pay attention to the small details that matter to customers. Bravo!"

The food was lovely , the service was amazing . Tania and yoga was so nice and recommend such lovely food . The facility was wonderfull and the lighting on the restaurant was so amazing , the smoothie strawberry and the black pepper beef was amazing too. Lastly amazing service and affordable prices for hotel standard

The front desk is very polite and professional. I am staying here for business trip. The room is spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge which is great to keep your drink cool. I had dinner in Lumbung restaurant. The staff ( Tania) is friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks.
