우리는 호텔 웹 사이트에서 직접 프리미엄 룸을 예약하고 (비교 웹 사이트보다 저렴) 1 박 동안 머물 렀습니다. 이 도시의 숙박 요금은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 비싸고 우리가 지불한 거의 200유로에 아침 식사와 주차가 없는 방만 얻었습니다. 호텔 뒤 전용 주차장에 주차하려면 호텔 웹사이트에 따르면 1박에 15유로를 추가로 지불해야 합니다. 우리는 호텔 밖 길가에 주차 공간을 찾을 수 있었기 때문에 우리가하지 않아 기뻤습니다 (하루 중 시간에 따라 많은 주차 공간). 호텔의 위치는 번화한 도시 외곽에 있지만 호텔에서 멀지 않은 버스 정류장에서 정기적으로 정차하는 28번 버스를 타고 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 도시에서 주차를 찾기가 어렵기 때문에 버스를 타고 차를 떠나는 것이 좋습니다(더 비용이 들 수 있습니다!). 호텔의 공용 공간의 장식은 매우 우아합니다. 우리를 체크인 한 직원은 일년 중 가장 바쁜 날 (우리는 8 월 15 일 – 성모의 날에 도착했습니다) 도시에서 일어나는 사건에 대해 매우 효율적이고 지식이 풍부했습니다. 우리 프리미엄 룸은 넓고 깨끗하며 장식은 단순하고 현대적입니다. 모든 편의 시설이 잘 작동했습니다. 주전자, 미니 냉장고, 무료 커피와 차가 있습니다. 욕실도 매우 넓고 깨끗하며 온수 샤워 시설이 잘 작동하며 기본 세면 도구가 제공됩니다. 우리는 위치가 도시 외곽에 있음에도 불구하고 호텔에서 1-night 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 버스는 매우 편리합니다.

This was a fantastic hotel 20 mins outside San Sebastián, There is a good bus service to connect you to the city centre but it is a great place to come back to and relax. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the spa is excellent and there is a well equipped gym. The location right beside the forest is so peaceful and there are a number of walks to take or you can just sit in one of the many seating areas and just look out at the greenery. The food is good and there are many choices. Very comfortable bedrooms. This hotel offers the perfect place to both explore the busy streets of San Sebastián as well as relax in a calm and tranquil atmosphere

Muy agradable. Estuvimos en un estudio con terraza y había unas preciosas vistas al bosque, que por cierto es mucho más grande de lo que parece a primera vista y con unos árboles muy frondosos, un paseo obligatorio si os alojas allí. Por lo que respecta al estudio, estaba bien equipado y lo pasaban a limpiar cada dos días. Desde allí se llega en 15 minutos en coche San Sebastián, pero también se puede ir en bus. La parada está justo al lado de Numad Studios, vale menos de dos euros el viaje y hay que baj**** en la última parada, y estás justo en el centro de la ciudad. Los empleados muy agradables y el desayuno muy completo.

Superbe appartement avec une terrasse spacieuse, une vue dégagée magnifique. Nous somme venu pour 3 nuits et n'avions pas prévu d'y passer autant de temps (météo épouvantable !). Nous avons dû acheter beaucoup de choses pour cuisiner (huile, sel, poivre...) + une éponge à vaisselle. Cela pourrait faire partie du service et éviterait la visite du supermarché local. Il y a frigo, lave-vaisselle, machine lavante-séchante pour le linge. Literie impeccable et grand calme appréciables 😊 Les réceptionnistes sont agréables et très professionnelles.

불행히도 호텔은 나에게 조금 압도적이었습니다. 우리는 City room에서 3 박 동안 머물렀다. 그것은 2 개의 트윈 침대, 더블 침대, Queen 또는 King-size가 올 수 있다고 말한다. 우리가 더블 침대를 가지고 있고 방이 작았 기 때문에 나는 불행한 짓을했다. Excellent hotel! Very large room for 3 of us. Shower was amazing along with the large bathroom layout. Breakfast was just perfect and staff are lovely. The hotel location was very good a 15/ 20 min stroll to the old town. The exterior of the hotel is underwhelming but once inside it is spacious and immaculately clean. Would definitely come back.

Positive - The staff worked very hard to engage and make your stay pleasant. Helpful and responsive to feedback. Negatives - Location is odd. While walkable to the main attractions, it can be quite a walk and if the weather was bad too long. There are taxis and you could learn the bus system but its a long 20 minutes vs a short 20 minutes. Mattress uncomfortably hard. Bathroom has all sorts of design flaws that lead to wet counters and sinks that don’t really drain. If the key isnt in the slot there is no water. The worst part. Each evening my room smelled of stale tobacco. Not sure if wafting in from outside smokers, apartment building next door, or the aircon venting system but each night I fell asleep to stale smoke. Cool enough to open windows but then you hear noise and get smoke. By morning it wasnt there or during the day so I suspect the source is real and not my imagination. As far as roof deck, I had forgotten it existed. I did not see signs in room or elevator or comments from staff encouraging use so forgot. Maybe it would have been pleasant? I was on 4th floor and my view was the apartment building next door. Breakfast was OK and there is also a little a la cart coffee bar with breakfast sandwiches if you prefer to skip the buffet. If I visit again I would pay more to stay closer to old town or Gros. Didnt find the hotel comfortable or well situated. The staff do make an effort and I give 3 stars for that.
