Very nice boutique hotel - four nice rooms excellently located in the old town. The rooms are nicely equipt. Very good service from the hotel manager. Though the price is at bit on the high side compared to what you get. Therefor i have only given 4 star rating

This place is a hidden gem! Right in the middle of Old Town….surrounded by restaurants and bars…super comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and the reception staff were always ready to help. My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again….

Never have I experienced such friendly services at hotels. Aitor from the hotel was super helpful and gave us lots of useful info on the food scene. As foodies, this is greatly appreciated. When I mentioned that we wanted to do some laundry and asked for laundromat choices, he gave us advice and offered to let us use the washing machine here at the hotel. Now I have clean clothes again for the journey ahead! The hotel itself is perfectly located in the old town, right next to the beach, basically where everything happens. The room is comfortable and you have everything you need in here and more! I chose this hotel because of its price and location, but I’m deeply wowed by the services offered. Highly recommended!

Location is amazing in the old town, we took the bus from Bilbao, then an easy walk from the bus station. We were in San Sebastian for Dance World Cup, I was glad as the room was small and we were out of it all day. Clean room, friendly hosts, we had the Rio room which was to the back so no outside noise. However we could hear every sound within the building itself, very thin walls.

This hotel is in a great location. Everything is easy to access. Aitor was amazing and VERY welcoming. This was the only place we stayed in Spain that had a working air conditioner. We also loved the keyless pad entry. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the noise level. The people upstairs were extremely loud and woke us up multiple times. The walls are thin so you can hear everything the neighbors say. Lastly, the room was right next to the street adding to the noise. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend looking for another hotel. The only other issue we had was the parking ticket given to us by the hotel did not work. We paid for parking at the hotel. We followed her directions explicitly and it would not let us out of the garage. It was a bit of a fiasco and took us some time to get it resolved with the garage staff.
