Very central , supermarket across the street. Few mins walk to bus station and beach. Very neat little room with all the necessities plus thoughtful extras to make the stay comfortable like coffee/tea ( in the foyer), microwave, cutlery, fridge. The ladies working there are very kind and helpful . There is traffic noise at night but OK with windows closed . If your next door neighbour snores you will hear it! So bring earplugs . Pay attention to the info in the booking messages because the staff are based nearby in another property so there may be few mins wait to open the door for you . All queries answered straight away via WhatsApp , excellent service .

Location: amazing Cleanliness: excellent Noise: we were in room #1 , windows open for fresh air( reminder - no AC) , lots of noise at night. Sat. night was the worst. It was a busy weekend in Donostia. Amenities: there was a kitchen across the hall which was handy. The room had a little fridge with some bowls and utensils. Bathroom: had everything we needed but it is tiny-one has to sit to the side as our knees would not fit going forward. Check in:Despite sending two emails with our arrival time, the check in person was walking out the door as we walked up. However, she made a call and stayed to check us in. Not to worry anyway, as there is always someone 5 minutes away at their other pension. The balcony was tiny but handy for drying clothes. If you keep in mind what it is, it is an acceptable choice.

Wow this is an amazing location and a big room. Beside the bus station, the beach, the supermarket. Great shower. Fridge. Balcony. Fans available if too hot. We loved it here. The best pintxos or restaurant is right around the corner in Sansse.

Do not make the same mistake I did and stay here. This is the worst stay I’ve had in any hostel/hotel ever. The level of noise through the day and night was awful and the curtain was basically sheer so the rooms gets way too bright. Also the heat didn’t seem to be working. I checked out before my reservation was over and totally wasted my money.

Perfecta ubicación. Habitación totalmente equipada Posibilidad de ir con perros Amabilidad en la recepción. Cocina compartida con todo lo necesario para hacer la comida. Precio super económico. Parking de pago con descuento a 100m. Sin lugar a dudas sitio recomendable para visitar la bonita ciudad

Muy bien situada, muy limpia la habitación, pequeña pero cómoda, estuvimos muy agusto.Con nevera y microondas. Muy atentos y amables. Te explican lo imprescindible si acabas de llegar y te facilitan un plano e información de la ciudad. Gracias.kis
