Awesome service throughtout our stay. Front desk staff, the best! They gave us lots of good suggestions such as pinxtos places to go, or villages nearby. Spectacular views from the room, confortable and clean room. Breaky yummy as well! We will come back

I had an excellent all round experience here. Staff were absolutely outstanding - so friendly & helpful. None of the too-cool-for school hauter you get at some Nobu’s. The setting is also divine, with elevated views over La Concha bay & the restaurant terrace is a prime spot for these gorgeous vistas. The lunch menu has a range of a la carte dishes including the signature Miso Cod, as well as a great value 3 course menu priced at €45. Whilst it wasn’t the best food I’ve ever had at a Nobu, it was very good, & given the superb service, location & very fairly priced wines, it made for a wonderful afternoon & overall 5 star experience.

Back to the amazing terrace for lunch. Amazing lunch with breathtaking views & great service. Classic NoBu’s plates and cocktails. The terrace is over San Sebastian’s bay with breathtaking views while being like out of the tourist & the noise. A must while in town.

Just returned from this lovely little hotel . Very unusual for Nobu to have such a small property but really enjoyed staying there as the location and staff were all superb, nothing was too much trouble for them and were so accommodating during our stay. Our bedroom was really well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings and were lucky to have a lovely large terrace overlooking the beach and bay. There is a small roof top pool which will be perfect for a summers day after exploring the wonderful city of San Sebastián and all of its fabulous restaurants and bars .

Incredible stay at Nobu, the staff cannot do enough for you, making you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door, to supporting with organising dinner reservations and recommendations of things to do and places to go

Such a disappointment. Daily. We spent 5 nights at Nobu hotel. How about these first impressions?... 1. Reception had no idea that we had already pre-paid and insisted on charging our card again. Not a big deal. Next. 2. Front desk employee asks us to follow her to our room. Great. We hop in the elevator with her. When the doors open, she says "your room is down the hall." Adios. Didn't show us the room features or help us get settled. Time to attend Hospitality School. 3. Roof top pool closed indefinitely. No prior notice. The view up there is killer. Would have been nice to enjoy it. The pool is half full and loaded with dead bugs. 4. Want ice delivered to your room? Be prepared to ask a couple of times, then get it your self from the bar. Same issue each evening. 5. Beautiful BMW Courtesy Car parked out front. Was never available to us. Either no driver. After 7pm not allowed. Or, just not willing. End of review. No more whining. Nobu Hotel is not service-minded. You can do better elsewhere.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, it was like coming home even though it was our first visit and a new Hotel. Each and every member of staff was so engaging and genuinely interested in exceeding our expectations. From the General Manager to the man who helped us park our car, this is hospitality at the top of its game! We managed to book the very last room available and whilst not being the largest, met all of our requirements and the bed and linen was like floating on a cloud! Dinner in the Restaurant was exceptional which is saying something when you are surrounded by the amazing food on offer in San Sebastian. Look forward to a return visit.
