En general todo correcto pero deberían revisar mejor la limpieza ya que debajo de la cama había una botella de refresco y otra botella de agua debajo de las cortinas por lo que hace dudar un poco del servicio de limpieza. Esto se comunicó en recepción pero sin mas solo tomaron nota y no dieron ninguna solución

I will be back! A brand-new hotel. Great location and aweseome staff. We went there for a couple of days and we didn't want to leave. It was right next to the beach and they had the best coffee! They also have a great winery with really nice food.

I loved it here! The whole place had such a nice vibe! Super friendly staff, great location, fabulous lively bar and coffee shop downstairs! The rooms were cosy, clean, and very comfortable…..especially the pillows!! The shower/bathroom is a little small and the opaque glass could do with being a little more opaque! But these are minor details rather than problems. We are regular hotel users, and would stay here again and again with no hesitation!

Nice designed and clean hotel, however it lacks of eye for details. First of all, every time I had shower, the water run out of shower unit and made the bath mat soaking wet, therefore can’t use it for next shower, had to ask staff to give a extra bath mat. Then, aircon didn’t work on the second day and told staff upon check out, then I was told it is because I had a window open. How would I know this when you don’t provide the house rules? (And no phone to the front desk, I couldn’t be bothered going down just for this) considering the price I paid, I would have a bit more thorough service.

Great newly completed hotel. Room was great though there were some downsides (minor) bad smell when we checked into the room which cleared pretty quickly but returned on the last night. Secondly the bathrooms are not particularly private to the main bedroom, the hotel have tried to sort this with mirrored film on the door but not on the rest of the glass walls….like the design but not good if your a private bathroom user!!

Luckily we didn't bring a cat, too small to swing a cat in the room. Also lucky we only had 2 10kg bags, not sure how we would have managed with 20kg cases. Stayed for 3 nights, they generously gave us one very small bottle of water each . No coffee/ tea facility in room, funnily enough you could buy them at the coffee dock at reception. You could buy water there too. There was a smell from the toilet, water constantly running through pipes somewhere in the walls. No light switch or lamp on one side of the bed, bed wasn't the most comfortable. For almost €200 per night we expected more, very disappointed. Only save grace is the area, but that is there for other hotels too Won't stay again

I really liked the location and staff, fairly new hotel so a few things still to fall into place. Isabella on reception super helpful and friendly. coffee shop attached is very good also. The downfall unfortunately is the room layout..it could work if a bit more attention to function over design. it was ok for the few days but for longer stay or if you are not ok with putting up with. housekeeping still working things out also, same with toilets in lower levels which is used by downstairs wine bar, never seemed to be cleaned or have paper available.

User unfriendly rooms, with poor floor plan and flow. Less attention should have been paid to « design » elements and more to functionality, privacy, and consideration to other occupant of room. Sink in bedroom, toilet and shower in bathroom??? Super impractical. Very good location and staff, comfortable beds, but I would never stay there again.
