Stayed here for 7 nights with my partner. Arrived at 12pm and couldn’t check into our room until 3pm which was slightly frustrating. Stayed in a sea view suite. Room 4511. High up room with lovely view. Room: very spacious and clean. Got cleaned daily to a decent standard. Bed comfy, massive balcony. You only get water on the first day, daily refills would be nice. Plenty of storage space, safe in wardrobe. No getting ready area. Would be nice to have a desk with chair and mirror. Food: not the best. There is choice each night but gets repetitive quickly. There’s no way near enough food stations for amount of guests, you often have to queue for food and drinks. At dinner it would be nice to be offered water as well as your other drink. Snack bar is good for lunch. One major issue. Food is not labelled well at all. With someone who has a nut allergy this was extremely difficult. My nut allergy isn’t severe but put me off dessert completely as I didn’t know what it was. There’s a huge book at the entrance with allergy info. Guests shouldn’t be expected to search the book to find the food item. Simple labelling would make this easier and safer. This put me off trying lots of things. Pool: pool by the sea needs a bit of tlc, tiles missing etc. other 2 pools are lovely. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to reserve. Lots of space, nice having a little adults pool. Splash pad for kids. Pool bar by adults pool is often extremely busy and you need to queue. Self service machines would be good. Also tokens for drinks seems silly. Didn’t really get the point. Evening space is limited, tables often full by 8:30pm and there’s no where else to sit. Also view of the stage is limited to a few tables. Staff overall very friendly. Reception helpful when o needed medical help. Overall a good stay for a relatively cheap price, probably wouldn’t return but had a nice week away.
