윈덤 레지던스 골프 델 수르(Wyndham Residences Golf del Sur)

We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Residences which is why this was our 4th stay. The staff are like a family and are such an effective team. This really shows in how they assist, entertain and talk with you. You really feel looked after. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment but with a big sofa bed for the kids. Sometimes this has been a double and others, two singles. We had our own kitchen, the had everything you could need e.g. microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge etc. You could be at home. The place is kept immaculately clean, this could be the toilets by the pools or the playground, bar area ... everywhere. And if something is broken it is being fixed before it's even reported. The atmosphere is really relaxed, there's plenty of entertainment and things to do but not pressure if you don't want to do it. As you can tell I really can't praise the place enough. We'll be back.

Property is away from the tourist spots and is about 25-30mins from shops, beach and attractions, but it is quiet and safe. There is only one pool and restaurant for choice so it is limiting and you have to call a taxi to go to places. I know people asked about the bus but not ideal to get around. The property we had was a two bedroom for the six of us. It was a bit tight and the kitchen area was tiny so we didn't get to cook and with the weather there were a lot of insects around, so we were extra careful to make things clean and tidy. Cleaning service - there was none, you had to maintain like renting an apartment; put rubbish away, beds. They did change the towels mid week so that was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant though they go by first come first serve. So although we were ready to order our meal apparently we had to wait as parties who were seated before us had to be served, this was quite odd. This is the second Wyndham Residence hotel that we have stayed in Tenerife, it is not as great as the one in Adele but if you want quiet and calm it is perfect.

We asked for an apartment with sunny balcony and nice view which was exactly what we had. Only downside was a shortage of restaurants within half a mile. The onsite restaurant was slightly more expensive than others.

Superb check in early and no problem. Property superb as always. No issues whatsoever. We love the accommodation and the staff are amazing. We have eaten all over the golf del sue and personally find Zachary’s Restaraunt on site, the best food place over all the rest. And their inexpensive full English breakfast is to die for. 10/10

No cleaning provided so room became very dirty. Initially put in old room. Had to ask for upgrade. Only tiny bit of shampoo and body wash provided. No tissues or kitchen towels.

The staff at this resort are a credit. They are welcoming and friendly from reception to restaurant/bar staff to the entertainment. Everyone would say Ola and would do anything for you. They have a lot of regular visitors as a lot of people knew each other from previous trips and the bar/restaurant staff also knew them by name. One issue which we forgot to raise with the hotel but wouldn’t stop us from returning is the courtesy room and shower which dribbles as opposed to showering. Everywhere was clean and tidy as they look to always improve the customer experience. Although there is a restaurant on site they are expensive when compared to others in the area but there aren’t many to choose from unless you walk 15 minutes. It also looks like there is an area next to the complex which is to be developed soon which would improve the area but not the limited sea views that are left. Would definitely return though. Watch out for the aircraft though flying over the resort as it’s directly beneath the flight path.

No cleaning at all during the 3 nighs stay!! Over 1 hour wait from ordering until getting our food on the table!!

We still have 2 days to go and how sorry we will be to leave. Firstly the staff are first class. Reception staff patient and so attentive. Bar staff excellent. Always so polite and helpful. We had a 2 bed 2 bath and it's big on two floors with everything in it that you need. Just amazing. Whole complex spotlessly clean. Pool is heated and I actually went in when in most hotels I don't bother. I can't wait to come back here. I found cardiac hill that is on all previous reviews and you do not even need to walk up it as an extra few minutes just follow road around and gradient is only slight. One of the best holidays I have had.
