I Actually had a good time but the good time quickly disappeared, I checked out and forgot my gold Necklace. I have had this necklace for almost 20years. I have never took It off of my neck. I back with it swim with it. The company I went to work at In McAllen do not allow Jewelry so I had to take it off so I placed it on the TV stand upon checking out on Friday, I forgot it on the TV stand on getting home in Houston I called and I was told that he manager had left and I should call back. The rest was stories as I could not recover my Expensive Necklace. It really HURT because It was a gift from my Wife and could not look her in the eye and tell her. The room service people took it no doubt.

Hey everyone! Kimberly here. Let me tell you about this amazing hotel – seriously, it's blown me away! We've stayed here a few times now, and each visit gets even better. The staff is incredible – they're so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like part of the family, not just another guest. They really go the extra mile! I've stayed in tons of hotels, and this level of service is unheard of. And get this – they have happy hour! Two beers on tap, three wines, plus other drinks in their store. It's the perfect way to unwind. I love hanging out in the lobby, reading a book and chatting with people – it has such a nice atmosphere. Even the little things are amazing! The pool towels are HUGE and fluffy – not those tiny things that barely cover your body! And the hot water? Instant! No more waiting forever for a warm shower. Jesse checked us in, and Melanie helped me book another stay next week – that's how much we love it! If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. You absolutely HAVE to stay here!

The experience at this property was an experience that I would not want my worst enemy to experience! After a very long and very exhausting seven hour drive, all we wanted was to get in our room and rest!!! Much to my surprise the reservatrion made a week before arriving, had been cancelled by the hotel staff and without my permission and/or acknowledgement. The clerk at the resevation desk could not explain why the room was cancelled of course, nor did he try to acomidate us with another room and/or calling to ask other branches of the hotel for a room! Also, after all the needless and unexplainable incident, the clerk wouldn't give me and receipts or paperwork of my reservation! Thank GOD, I booked through a booking app because my infomation is all there!!! Never the less; we could not find a room anywhere in the area, due to so many events happening that weekend!!! We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites, and it was an excellent experience! Since the hotel just opened in December, everything was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The grounds were lovely, with a nice patio and pool area, making it a great place to relax. The location was also very convenient, adding to the overall value of our stay. The hotel also has a top-notch exercise room, which we used and really appreciated. Additionally, there are brand-new washer and dryers available for guests—a great perk for those staying longer. Speaking of value, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time for the price—a fantastic combination of comfort and affordability. A special shoutout to Nicole Torres at the front desk! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great customer service like hers makes all the difference! If we had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more variety to breakfast—only apples and oranges were available, and we would have loved to see bananas as well. But overall, that was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
