산호세, Museo Postal, Telegráfico y Filatélico 근처 호텔

산호세 도착후 1박했습니다. 공항에서 택시를 타서 호텔까지 30분 정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔은 정말 크고 넓으며 객실은 편안했으며 특히 바에서 음료를 마시 며 휴식을 취할 수있는 아름다운 수영장 공간을 즐겼습니다.

- I sent an email to the hotel the day before to check if they are able to send a shuttle to the airport to pick me up (just to avoid the stress of figuring out transportation), but they only replied once I landed. It wasn’t worth for me to wait for them to come and pick me up. - The room was loft style and very spacious: two stories with two full bathrooms, and kitchenette. I didn’t need them, but they were available. However, the shower upstairs next to the bedroom was missing a door, water was splashing out and making everywhere wet. Also, the shower didn’t drain well. It was gross to have my feet in dirty water… same with the sink, water wasn’t draining well. The hotel provided one hand towel and two large towels. They were old and rugged. I went out to buy my own. The bed was comfortable! So were the pillows & sheets! Thank you for that! - I’m training for a marathon and it was important to me that the hotel had a gym so that I can keep up with my training. This hotel had one treadmill and it wasn’t working. I guess next time I need to check before I book. - My room doesn’t have a window and hence very dark, gloomy, and depressing. Luckily I don’t have to spend too much time here. I told the receptionist and she said that that’s the room that was assigned to me. I let it go. - The hotel is in downtown and walking distance from all major “things to do” in San Jose city. But I have to say that the pictures online look a lot better than the reality of the hotel. - Would I stay here again? Only if I need to sleep somewhere for one night.

사진은 실제 상황과 약간 일치하지 않습니다. 편안한 기숙사 사진에는 수건이 있지만 실제로는 수건이 없습니다. 또한 객실 유형에 대한 설명은 혼란 스럽습니다. 편안한 기숙사는 쿼드러플룸의 침대일 뿐이지만 이 객실 유형의 설명과 사진은 1인용 개인실 가격이라고 오해하게 됩니다. 실제 객실 유형은 아래의 표준 쿼드러플 룸과 동일합니다. 하나는 침대 가격, 다른 하나는 개인 실 가격입니다. 욕실은 방에 있고 욕조가 있지만이 기숙사 유형의 방은 아무도 사용하지 않을 것으로 추정됩니다. 샤워를 할 때 샤워 물이 너무 적습니다.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely A+++, Anthony and Angie both Front Desk specialist were so profesional and made our stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure our tours were well arranged and our breakfast in the hotel was jsut excellent. The happy hour was great as well. The hotel is extremely clean. All of the staff were courteous and ensured we knew where we were going. It was hard to come home becasue it felt like we were home away from home. The Manager too came by and ensured we were having a great stay.

Dear Valued Guests, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at Hotel Cultura Plaza in San Jose, Costa Rica, and to caution those considering a reservation at this establishment. During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant issue with the room I was assigned. Unfortunately, some of the rooms at this hotel do not have windows and resemble prison cells rather than comfortable accommodations. Understandably, I refused to accept such a room and immediately contacted Booking.com to seek a resolution. To my disappointment, the hotel displayed a lack of cooperation, even after three hours of mediation with Booking.com. Despite our best efforts, the hotel refused to address the issue adequately, leading to the cancellation of my reservation. Furthermore, the hotel has also declined to refund the payment I made for the booking. Throughout this process, their responses were consistently rude and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. In addition to the room issue, I feel it is important to mention that the dining room for breakfast at Hotel Cultura Plaza is extremely small, akin to a small bar with only about four tables. This limited space may make it challenging to find a seat during busy periods, and it can detract from the overall dining experience. Given my disappointing experience and the hotel's uncooperative attitude, I want to urge prospective customers to exercise caution when considering a reservation at Hotel Cultura Plaza. Please be aware of the lack of windows in some rooms, the prison cell-like appearance, and the limited dining space for breakfast. It is my hope that by sharing this message, I can help others make informed decisions and avoid potential frustrations. As consumers, we should be able to expect a certain level of quality and service when choosing accommodations, and unfortunately, Hotel Cultura Plaza fell short of these expectations. Stayed here on a tour of Costa Rica, for a total of three nights on arrival and between our extension. Typical city hotel, very comfy and large rooms with big bathrooms, plenty of toiletries etc. Lovely staff, although not very attentive in the main restaurant! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant - all good. Also a great meal in the Japanese restaurant. It was quite cool, they keep the aircon on quite high and the weather was windy and cloudy so turned it off in our room! Nothing much nearby, very convenient for airport but only a supermarket and McDonalds within walking distance. The park was ok for a quick walk, only a few yards away.

Like every Selina Hostel there is love in every detail - decoration, lights, good furniture. We had the deluxe room with a lot of space, a table, a sofa, own bathroom and good comfort. The bed was very cosy. We had no warm water for 2 days in our room, but the staff reacted instantly, tried to fix it and we got a free breakfast and some money back. Clean kitchen, enogh fridge space and a cool sofa space in the living kitchen. In total we had a nice and relaxing stay amd would definitly recommand this hostel.

3박 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 트윈룸이 있었습니다. 침대가 편안했습니다. 에어컨이 좋았습니다. 욕실도 좋았고 샤워 압력도 좋았습니다. 조식도 포함되어 있고 정말 좋았습니다. 이 호텔에는 세탁기 1 유로와 건조기 1 유로로 옷을 씻고 건조 할 수있는 세탁실이있었습니다. 이 호텔은 산 호세 시내 및 멋진 레스토랑이 많은 Barrio Escalante에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

도착 한 순간부터 환영합니다. 모든 직원은 매우 도움이되고 존중합니다. 그들은 많은 서비스와 자원을 가지고 있습니다. 객실까지 매우 깨끗합니다. 욕실은 넓습니다. 매트리스는 편안하지만 베개는 그리 많지 않습니다. 호텔에는 편리한 레스토랑이 몇 군데 있습니다.

호텔 산토 토마스의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 호텔 산토 토마스 객실은 산호세 여행자들에게 편안함을 제공합니다.호텔에서 샌호세토비아스볼라노스 공항까지 단, 11km 정도 떨어져있습니다. 산호세의 코스타리카 국립극장, Twin Tribes, Central Avenue 등 인기 관광지들이 호텔과 가깝게 있어, 즐거운 산호세 관광을 즐기실 수 있습니다.여가시간에는 다양한 호텔 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.
