Hotel Altiplanico Cajón del Maipo

We came for a little getaway with my husband and my 1 year old boy. We absolutely loved it! Quiet, romantic, great views, quaint, delicious food, very gourmet. The staff was kind and thoughtful. The pool was great as well, just what we needed. I also took a massage and 100% recommend! Overall it was a great experience with my family and we would love to come back.

We loved everything about our stay! The wonderful hotel team helped us arrange our travel to the hotel. They were very responsive to our questions in advance of our stay and accommodating to my gluten free diet. The hotel location is perfection, very beautiful and serene. Every meal was delicious with exquisite presentation. The staff was top notch. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We would recommend Hotel Altiplanico to anyone as a destination to visit while in Chile. We can’t wait to visit again!

Altiplanico Maipo is always charming, sort of oasis by the river.* Room of good size, nice bathroom, quiet(if you accept the river's noise...). But there are some details : - in the rooms, perhaps some renovation(the curtains are old and their fixations as in a student's room...), the door for the balcony had 3 sorts of system to close but noone efficient... - some guest scome here to hike and beginning the breakfast at 8'30-9 is too late : try to hike with 30-32 degrees... Yes, youy cans ask for a sooner breakfast but it seemeed for the staff to be a adventurous exploit...(no eggs, no ham, no cheese...some fuits and industrial yogurth and some fruits in a recipinet with ice...no postes, no bread...). the lunchbow are not bad but also prepared the evening before and one time eatied by the house's cat... No sorry for that...

Lovely place, clean, relaxing atmosphere, good food. Friendly service. Needs an effort on the maintenance side, no biggie but getting old. The attractions offered are quite limited for under 12 years old and pricey for what they are. Good for a romantic weekend.

Uno de los secretos mejores guardados del Cajón del Maipo. No conocíamos el hotel y quedamos encantados. Un lugar íntimo de puro descanso, cómodas habitaciones y excelente atención. Nos dejamos sorprender cada día por su menú. Felicitamos personalmente a su Chef. Ni qué hablar de los exteriores y sus paisajes. Imaginábamos cómo sería su entorno en las distintas estaciones del año, sin duda volveremos en cada una de ellas para comprobarlo. Recomendamos disfrutar de los baños en las tinajas de agua caliente.

100% recomendable, la atención fue fantástica y el lugar es precioso. Lo que más nos gustó fue la tinaja de agua caliente al borde del río. El hotel es muy completo tiene las comidas incluidas que son muy gourmet, piscina y gimnasio. Con mi señora nos dimos masajes y realmente pudimos relajarnos y desconectarnos. Volveremos.
