산호세, City of Color Murals 근처 호텔

산호세 도착후 1박했습니다. 공항에서 택시를 타서 호텔까지 30분 정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔은 정말 크고 넓으며 객실은 편안했으며 특히 바에서 음료를 마시 며 휴식을 취할 수있는 아름다운 수영장 공간을 즐겼습니다.

Like every Selina Hostel there is love in every detail - decoration, lights, good furniture. We had the deluxe room with a lot of space, a table, a sofa, own bathroom and good comfort. The bed was very cosy. We had no warm water for 2 days in our room, but the staff reacted instantly, tried to fix it and we got a free breakfast and some money back. Clean kitchen, enogh fridge space and a cool sofa space in the living kitchen. In total we had a nice and relaxing stay amd would definitly recommand this hostel.

3박 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 트윈룸이 있었습니다. 침대가 편안했습니다. 에어컨이 좋았습니다. 욕실도 좋았고 샤워 압력도 좋았습니다. 조식도 포함되어 있고 정말 좋았습니다. 이 호텔에는 세탁기 1 유로와 건조기 1 유로로 옷을 씻고 건조 할 수있는 세탁실이있었습니다. 이 호텔은 산 호세 시내 및 멋진 레스토랑이 많은 Barrio Escalante에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely A+++, Anthony and Angie both Front Desk specialist were so profesional and made our stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure our tours were well arranged and our breakfast in the hotel was jsut excellent. The happy hour was great as well. The hotel is extremely clean. All of the staff were courteous and ensured we knew where we were going. It was hard to come home becasue it felt like we were home away from home. The Manager too came by and ensured we were having a great stay.

Stayed here on a tour of Costa Rica, for a total of three nights on arrival and between our extension. Typical city hotel, very comfy and large rooms with big bathrooms, plenty of toiletries etc. Lovely staff, although not very attentive in the main restaurant! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant - all good. Also a great meal in the Japanese restaurant. It was quite cool, they keep the aircon on quite high and the weather was windy and cloudy so turned it off in our room! Nothing much nearby, very convenient for airport but only a supermarket and McDonalds within walking distance. The park was ok for a quick walk, only a few yards away.

외부에서 보는 외관은 내부에 비해 기만적이었습니다. 객실은 작고 기본적이며 오래된 장식으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대는 매우 불편했고 욕실은 새는 나쁜 냉수 샤워와 화장실로 상당히 더러웠습니다. 나는 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다. 유일한 긍정적 인 점은 가격, 공동 지역 및 주요 버스 정류장에서 도보로 약 20 분 거리에있는 덜 바쁜 이웃 내의 위치였습니다.

카사 69에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 카사 69 예약은 산호세 여행을 더욱 편안하게 만들어 드립니다.샌호세토비아스볼라노스 공항은 호텔에서 가까운 주요 교통수단으로, 약 16km 정도 떨어져있습니다. 샌호세토비아스볼라노스 공항은 도보로 약 16km 정도 거리에 있습니다. 프리 콜롬비안 골드 뮤지엄, 코스타리카 국립 박물관, Chinatown 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.

Dear Valued Guests, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at Hotel Cultura Plaza in San Jose, Costa Rica, and to caution those considering a reservation at this establishment. During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant issue with the room I was assigned. Unfortunately, some of the rooms at this hotel do not have windows and resemble prison cells rather than comfortable accommodations. Understandably, I refused to accept such a room and immediately contacted Booking.com to seek a resolution. To my disappointment, the hotel displayed a lack of cooperation, even after three hours of mediation with Booking.com. Despite our best efforts, the hotel refused to address the issue adequately, leading to the cancellation of my reservation. Furthermore, the hotel has also declined to refund the payment I made for the booking. Throughout this process, their responses were consistently rude and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. In addition to the room issue, I feel it is important to mention that the dining room for breakfast at Hotel Cultura Plaza is extremely small, akin to a small bar with only about four tables. This limited space may make it challenging to find a seat during busy periods, and it can detract from the overall dining experience. Given my disappointing experience and the hotel's uncooperative attitude, I want to urge prospective customers to exercise caution when considering a reservation at Hotel Cultura Plaza. Please be aware of the lack of windows in some rooms, the prison cell-like appearance, and the limited dining space for breakfast. It is my hope that by sharing this message, I can help others make informed decisions and avoid potential frustrations. As consumers, we should be able to expect a certain level of quality and service when choosing accommodations, and unfortunately, Hotel Cultura Plaza fell short of these expectations. Muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Excelente atención de todo el personal, desayuno completo, habitaciones amplias y cómodas y la señal de wi fi andaba muy bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento y el bar es excelente
