We are located in the safe Sunset District of San Francisco! Your total price includes a $95 cleaning feeWe host a private 2 bedroom(2 Queen bed) & 1 bath, a living space, with a private dining area as well on the lower floor of our home (Entry through the garage) . There are multiple public transport stops nearby (MUNI). We are close to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Ocean Beach. We are living upstairs, so you will hear slight noises from the floor above. But we will reduce the noises! Thank you!Our area is large and well-appointed, with backyard access, one standard room and one king room, both supplied with queen size beds and new mattresses. There is a kitchenette in the unit, and we also provide complimentary brand name Coffee, tea bags, bottle water, and beverages. The apartment also includes TV, high speed internet, and some kitchen items. This also includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (complimentary tea& coffee are offered for all guests)Unfortunately there’s NO STOVE or HOT PLATE for safety reasons!Parking The streets around us are all free to park. There is no designated parking spot nor any parking restrictions (Excep to street cleaning dates)! It's very easy to find parking.Because the driveways of houses in San Francisco are very narrow, you need to be careful when you park!Pay attention to street cleaning times:The street cleaning times on each side of the street are different, so be sure to read the signs carefully. The casa is located next to Lincoln Park, Lands End, Golf Course, Legion of Honor Museum, Golden Gate park and is half a block from the picturesque Sea Cliff, playground with picnic area and unofficial unfenced dog park, restaurants and coffee shops, and CVS with pharmacy and full grocery store across the street. Short and awesome walk to the Land's End hiking trail that leads to the Ocean Beach. China Beach, Baker's Beach, and Golden Gate Park are also a short walk away. Bike rental is around the corner. Bus to Downton and to various parts of the city is right on the block. Free street parking, but be wary of the street cleaning. Don't leave any valuable in the car.
