시예 호텔(Ciye Hotel)

Exceptionally clean hotel and rooms, excellent service, situated in an incredible location that gives you a far more authentic experience than a gated all-inclusive. A very short walk to the ocean and the staff was always helpful with any of our questions. The restaurants nearby are well priced and delicious. It was one of our favorite trips!

Everything at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole hotel is really clean. And the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Five out of five stars. Will definitely come back next time. They were able to handle any request that I had quickly and efficiently. And with a smile.

This is a really special hotel. You are right in the action but that doesn’t mean loud, annoying bars. You are next to the beach, amazing restaurants and bars. We loved it here. The rooftop pool is really breathtaking and the whole hotel is built around a magical tree. You will love this place.

My stay was great, the workers at the hotel are professionals and very accommodating. My only complain about the hotel is the bed was not comfortable. The mattress is on top of a cement square that made is very hard. The room does not have a television, I asked and was told that it was for guest to disconnect, I agree to a certain extend, but I would like to have the choice of using the television or not. I stayed at a front room, the bar downstairs played very loud music until midnight.

San Pancho in Nayarit is one of the most bautiful places to visit in Mexico and Hotel Ciyé is a Great place to stay, all decoration was perfect they really took care of all aspects to create a great atmosphere . the rooftop was a nice place to have some drinks and see the sunset wich is one of the most beautiful things to see in San Pancho. All employees were very considerate and helpful.

Hotel is new. My first time visiting San Pancho and staying at this hotel made it that much amazing. Everything was clean, the rooms were well decorated. I liked the fact that there was no television. Oh! And I absolutely loved the walk in shower. The kitchen/bar had really good food, I honestly can’t complain. The hotel was located on the Main Street which made everything around accessible. I very much enjoyed the ambience, the trees around the tile and the pool upstairs with amazing views.

We loved Ciyé hotel! It was a beautiful and relaxing hotel with amazing service. The pool was wonderful and location was great for getting around town. We loved that they provided amenities such as a coffee maker, beach umbrella, bikes, etc. Since it is centrally located, it was a bit noisy at night but they provided earplugs, which was great so it wasn’t a problem. The jacuzzi was not on, which would have been enjoyable in the evening but it was pretty hot out during the day so makes sense that it wouldn’t be warmed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again sometime. We loved our stay at Ciyé!

Many of the negative reviews I read before booking were accurate. The hotel location is a short walk from the beach, but on the main street. Which means LOUD noise at night. Knowing this is problem, the hotel provides ear plugs - which are not sufficient to block the noise (but thankfully places shut down by 11 pm). For the HIGH PRICE, you get little in return: you're paying a lot for minimalist design. There's a fridge in the room, but no coffee maker (for over $300 a night this should be provided); I did not see a hair dryer (you'd expect at these prices); the bed was comfy but the pillows are hard foam rocks (you'd expect down pillows when you're paying Hilton prices). And the "breakfast" is a joke: a croisante, jam, butter, juice, tea or coffee. I had chosen the hotel because it had a rooftop pool but it was disappointing: it is not heated, and was too cold to swim. Plus they constantly had music playing which I found distracting and not relaxing at all. It was impossible to chill and just read a book with the music always playing. I would have preferred to hear the ocean waves. I wished they would stop playing music during the day perhaps only at happy house or maybe in the evening. The best part of the hotel is the jacuzzi. You could only really see the ocean from the jacuzzi (not the pool), because it is elevated. It had the best view. But really it was not worth paying over $300 a night for it. And there is no advantage in being "close to the beach" because the town is so small that every place is close enough. Save your cash and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is pristine, they make you feel at home with all the nice touches. The location couldn’t be any better and they prepare a nice breakfast picnic basket so you don’t have to worry about getting coffee first thing in the morning. In the evening the treat you with chocolates and a nice welcome drink at the pool. If you want to see the city you can check out the complimentary bikes and if you want to go to the beach they have chairs and umbrella prepared for you. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. This is my second stay so far and can’t wait to come back!
