Great location. It is situated just beside mcdo and starbucks. Staff are polite and very assisting (receptionists are very presentable and beautiful!) Room is very clean including cr. A/C is cold but noisy bec it is the conventional types (for the low price of the room, I wouldn’t expect an inverter type!). Parking area is very wide. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste bec they don’t have it on their package. Or you can buy it on their gift shop, which I did. I also was able to request for a hair blower - it worked salon-like quality! We’ll be coming back! Had an easy time finding your location, we’re from Baguio. Love it! Thank you Hotel Gracelane!

MMei Kihara장소는 매우 접근하기 쉽습니다. 우리는 이곳에 머무는 것을 정말 즐겼습니다. 다시 예약할 예정입니다. 개선해야 할 점은 아침 식사 제공 시간이라고 생각합니다. 오전 8시경에 제공해 달라고 요청했지만 아침 식사는 오전 10시경에 우리 방으로 배달되었습니다. 다행이도, 우리는 저녁 식사에서 테이크아웃 식사를 합니다. 우리는 음식을 다시 데우기 위해 프런트 데스크에 도움을 요청합니다. 아침 식사를 할 예정인데 호텔이 만석이라면 방으로 배달해 주는 것보다 식당에 가서 아침 식사를 하는 것이 더 낫다고 생각합니다. 더 이상 기다리지 않으려는 경우에만 옵션입니다. 사진에 대한 크레딧은 Microtel에 있습니다.

RRolando DananBeen staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.

익익명 사용자We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers. PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay. RRemias머무르기에 완벽한 장소. 호텔 전체의 청결과 편의 시설은 매우 좋았습니다. 도착에서 출발까지 매우 수용하는 직원. 우리는 매우 환영합니다. 호텔 직원은 우리의 요구에 매우주의를 기울였습니다. 많은 편의 시설이 아니지만 장소는 매우 편안했습니다. 분위기가 좋지 않습니다. 그들의 음식은 너무 좋고 맛있었습니다. 우리는 곧 다시 방문 할 것입니다.
