Very cute, safe, and close to Little Italy. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, kitchen and comfortable bed. Nice to have a sofa to relax and little back patio. Uber found us and within walking distance of waterfront. Would go back. Everything you need close by.

The cutest little cottage right in Little Italy, a living and sleeping space kitchenette and bathroom all on stilts A little gem of a place . Was pleasantly surprised, at how well it was put together. The living sleeping room had a Murphy bed for a larger space during the day.

The place itself has a nice homey feel, with lots of windows and you can see pretty flowers outside. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a comfortable bed and big shower. I won't go into lots of details, but the only problem is that customer service is terrible. I used the Sonder app to try to get trash bags and clean towels since I ran out, and they said they are being delivered, it's been 4 hours and I haven't gotten anything yet.

The bungalow was clean and well equipped. Using the access codes was easy. We loved the Dutch front door that allowed us to have the top half open to enjoy the weather. There was a washer and dryer available for a fee, but soap was provided in the unit. When I texted to ask questions I got a prompt response. We are long distance cyclists so location was key. We were able to walk to and from the zoo. Being in Little Italy was a bonus. We enjoyed the small shops. The only thing that might bother some people is street noise. Not an issue for us. Earplugs were one of the amenities provided.

I had a great experience staying here for the esri User Conference. Clean, beautiful and well maintained property. Also felt very secure. Location is solid. Very comfy bed. Only two downsides I could come up with. 1. It’s noisy at night with the traffic and trolly. Sonder does provide ear plugs and a sound machine. I used the sound machine after the first night and it helped. It just depends on the night. 2. It can be hard to see the front door pin code buttons at night because there isn’t a light there.

Such a charming place to stay in the heart of San Diego! Our room was spacious and had a little garden private garden. Amazing all year round! The location of this place is incredible – you’re right next to all the cafes and bars! The hotel itself feels super cozy.

Retro charm, modern convenience, and old fashioned customer care delivered in a current manner. We stayed twice at Sonder's Little Italy Bungalows, at both ends of a longer trip, and are so glad we did. You almost feel part of the "old country" when you enter the courtyard leading to your unit. The fresh linens, sparkling well-stocked kitchen, and individual security codes put you at ease. The one or two minor requests we had were taken care of with efficiency and speed by the super-responsive remote staff. The location is excellent for exploring Little Italy and the Embarcadero waterfront attractions. Mass transit trains and trolleys are a short walk away.

The location was really convenient and the unit was cute. However, the bed was really noisy and annoying and stepping over the corner of the bed to use the rest room and closet is definitely less than ideal.

This is a unique historic building. Extremely cozy and clean on the edges of Little Italy where we enjoyed great food and holiday atmosphere. The always helpful Sonder staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when weather modified our travel plans.
