We arrived the hotel after a long drive. We were ready to rest after a long journey, we were checked into an handicap room for the night, we had no problems sleeping in one but that was not what we paid for. And when we requested a room change we were told that it’s the only option we had. Upon insisting we were finally put in a king room which they had all along. My point is why try to force us to stay in a room that we didn’t choose when I made reservations when there’s was a king room that you could have checked us into without putting us through the unnecessary stress after a long drive. One of the receptionist said that the handicap room was given to us because we booked through a party. I have never heard anything like that when using third party.
Secondly, I was charged 3 nights for valet parking instead of 2nights. I’m glad I caught those changes and my money was returned to my account. If I didn’t catch that I would have been charged extra for services I didn’t use.
