I am currently here on a family vacation with 29 of my family members. We are scattered across 11 rooms. I speak for all of us when I write that this hotel is absolutely horrible. It’s abundantly clear that management does not care AT ALL about the clients. While some of the rooms are a little better off than others in terms of the view, the majority of them are humid and musky. This means that none of the towels dry in the bathrooms over night and everything, including the bed linens, is a little damp. One of the rooms is so damp that water literally leaks down the walls. Others had puddles that formed on the floors. It is also very visible that the rooms are extremely old and in dire need of an upgrade. The toilet seat in my room is cracked. The small desk/stand in the corner of my room is also cracked in the middle. I’m scared to put anything on top of it for fear that it’ll completely split in two. The windows all have gaps and so when the wind blows, the windows rattle very noisily. There is also no noise proofing. If someone is having a conversation from two doors down, you can hear everything they’re saying. You also pick up a ton of noise from the people outside of the hotel on the beach walk. The hotel is extremely under staffed. While I feel for the employees that have to do double the work, none of what is going on is acceptable. There has been issue after issue and no one has worked to resolve them or see how they can help in some other way. The majority of the employees are not friendly or helpful or even, at the very least, professional. (I will say that the cleaning woman has been very kind and helpful to me personally and the Brazilian bartender also was great as well but that’s pretty much it). There is no sense of structure at breakfast. There’s at most two people trying to serve breakfast to 50+ people at the same time. If someone cuts in line, that person gets served before the person who has been waiting. It was a similar mess at lunch time. About 10 people in my party waited over TWO hours to receive their food. Some of the rooms in our party have not been cleaned in the three days that we’ve been here. Some of us have had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. When we’ve brought up issues, there have been lots of empty promises. One of our party members was told his laundry service would be done by 7pm and then was told it would be done the following day by 7am, which later became 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30, 9:45. When he finally received it at 10, he was missing an item. Today at noon, when my husband and I went to get towels for the beach, we were told there were no towels available as they were all being washed. We are not looking forward to the next two nights. I would greatly advise you to look somewhere else because even if the price is right, this place CLEARLY does not care about the guests at all.

Hotel muito bom!! Ótimo custo-benefício! Hotel em frente ao mar. Localização nota 1000, melhor impossível! Atendentes/funcionários muito simpáticos e educados! Todos os ambientes limpos e organizados! Café da manhã básico. Viajei com meu filho de 10 anos. Ficamos no 6º andar. Quarto com água quente.

Viajamos em Março de 2024. Ficamos em quarto superior, com vista para o mar, quarto grande, cama confortável, ficamos no quarto 411 onde tem uma câmera na rua, que dá certinho para o o quarto, ficamos totalmente desconfortável com a situação. Quanto a limpeza não era um local com boa limpeza, abaixo da cama cheio de picoman, pó, sujeira com cabelo, teia de aranha, deu pra ver que fazia um tempo que não limpavam tudo, nas roupas de cama dava pra ver uns bichinhos minúsculos andando pela cama, cheiro bem desagradável de esgoto, ar condicionado antigo, lugar sem vedação acústica, vc escuta tudo, muito barulhento, o pessoal amanhecem em festa. Café da manhã fraco, pelo preço pago não é recomendado. Fica no centro de tudo.

Não aceitam checkin adiantado. Meu voo chegou mais cedo, não aceitaram, mesmo tendo quartos disponíveis. Em geral isto não acontece. Já cheguei em hotéis às 8h da manhã e liberaram o quarto. Fiquei 5h esperando liberarem o quarto. Isto já estragou a experiência. O chuveiro é ruim, do tipo caseiro elétrico. A luz acabou 4x durante minha estadia de 6 dias. A climatização é ruim. Mesmo num calor forte, o ar fica constante em 24 graus. Achei a cama muito desconfortável, 6 noites sem dormir direito. O café da manhã é bom, com poucas opções. O staff na maioria são educados, mas alguns são muito grosseiros. A única coisa boa foi a vista para o mar que é muito boa, mas sem varanda, apenas janelas.

Ótima localização e funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto muito confortável e com a limpeza realizada todos os dias. O café da manhã muito variado e gostoso com a vista sem igual, para o mar! A única ressalva fica com o horário de funcionamento da piscina, poderia ficar aberto até mais tarde.

Excelente hotel. Me encanta la piscina ubicada en el último piso, y la vista del mar y de la isla, así como la ubicación frente a la playa. Tuve la oportunidad de ir a San Andrés dos veces durante este diciembre (un Decameron y el Calypso) y créanme que supera con creces a los Decameron. La relación calidad-precio es perfecta. La comida del desayuno y a la carta es "deliciosa." No sé quién será el o la cheff de cocina pero les aseguro que es espectacular. Para mejorar: el horario de la piscina. Con esa vista tan hermosa, era para que abrieran la piscina más temprano y la cerraran más tarde. Conclusión: tienen claro el concepto de servicio al cliente.
