We booked our stay for August 2023. My girlfriend and I were so excited because we had a fantastic deal and it looked like this was a solid option for exploring the island in an all-inclusive setting with good enough reviews. Upon first trying to register, we were met with an error page that said our reservation could not be processed. We tried again and were then met with another error message saying our reservation was already made. We took a screenshot and contacted the hotel in the morning, since we had made the reservation on a Sunday and the office wasn't open until then. Upon making contact, the representative told us that yes, our reservation was indeed in the system and we just had to pay to confirm. The problem? The promotion running the day before had "expired" so we had to pay the full amount the system was reporting that day.. an almost 250 dollar difference. Why should we have to pay for internal problems on the hotel's part? Our reservation was noted as valid the day of the promotion. Shouldn't we be treated with respect and have our initial agreement honored? This is probably one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have gone through honestly. Would not recommend, as we can only imagine what hotel staff might be like once we are actually there.

Relaxing and staff was excellent. They could improve greatly in the snack area, but apart from that, a wonderful stay. Food was good with a good selection. Room was cool, quiet and comfortable. Shower has hot water. Close to the center, but not too close.

Le personnel est super gentil et attentionné. Shirley, Nichelle, Jorge wow. La nourriture est excellente. Un des meilleurs buffets de tout inclus que j'ai vu. Belles chambres, belle petite plage. Les coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas pour nos 4 chambres, alors apportez vous un cadena. L'aéroport est très proche, attendez-vous à entendre les avions décoller. Belle petite plage avec de belles vagues très amusante. Le bruit de la musique dans le lobby est fort, mais termine à 22h00. J'ai adoré mon séjour au Maryland. La chambre est spacieuse et bien nettoyée. J'y reviendrai certainement.

Me parece que cuando uno reserva una habitacion vista al mar con anticipacion es porque es uno quiere levantarse y mirar el mar, pero ustedes dañaron mi sueño. Tras de que me entregaron habitacion a las 5 pm ,me dan una vista a la calle y por mas que mi agente de viajes insistió para que le cambiaran a la habitacion por la que había pagado, no fue posible, que burla y como hacen quedar mas a las agencias de viajes que venden su hotel. Por cierto , fueron 3 noches y nunca me asignaron la habitacion vista al mar , según porque no había.

Es un hotel absolutamente diminuto. He venido a San.Andres en 5 ocasiones pero de todos este se lleva el premio. Es un hotel De paso no sirve para venir con niños porque no hay donde, no tiene lugares para compartir, la piscina es muy chiquitina, no tiene playa , toca ir a,las públicas que quedan cerca. Es un solo restaurante y muy , muy pequeñito. No tiene áreas sociales bar. Etc, para compartir , son solo las pocas habitaciones el restaurante y ya nada más. No tiene eventos como en los otros de la misma familia porque no les da,el.espacio no hay donde. Las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. Relación precio vrs lo que ofrece no me parece , hay mejores hoteles y a menor precio con más actividades y lugares sociales o eventos dentro del hotel no se puede uno mover . Es muchísima plata para lo que ofrece. Registro de checo casi a las 4pm y salida antes de las 12 entinces prácticamente se pierden 2 días NO LO RECOMIENDO VAYAN A OTRO HOTEL

Es un hotel pequeño, privado, tranquilo, cerca al aeropuerto y el centro a 20 minutos caminando por la playa. Muy buena atención. Disfrutamos de un descanso maravilloso y pudimos realizar varias actividades dentro y fuera del hotel. La comida de sabrosa y variada. La habitación era cercana al mar y se escuchaba el mar lo cual para nosotros era muy relajante y los sonidos de los aviones no escuchaba mucho.
