Excelente todo, aunque la limpieza si faltó bastante por mejorar.

The hotel was great. It wasn’t too loud and it was close to everything would highly recommend if you’re new to the area because you’ll be staying close to all of the main businesses also, they don’t do rental cars there they have side-by-side‘s, which are very cool to take around the island would highly recommend this place for any kind of island experience

The location was great - close to everything and very walkable. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the court building next-door, and the door/window didn't seem to block any noise whatsoever. The mini fridge was the best amenity, but I keep having to ask for water to restock it. Perhaps worst (or close second to the noise) was the shower. Despite the sliding glass door (which was difficult to slide without a good handle), the shower had a tendency to leak water onto the floor - sometimes enough to pool out in the hallway. Hot water was fickle, coming and mostly going. Mild sewer smell in the bathroom. The staff, however, were fantastic - very accommodating and did a great job working around my work/meeting schedule.

Excellent service; courteous, willing to help. The room was clean and remodeled. Definitely will stay there again when I go on vacation.

We stayed only one night. Good choice! The Hotel is centrally located. Two blocks from the beach; close to restaurants, bars, etc! The hotel has only three floors, but be aware if you travel with heavy bags because doesn’t have elevator! Also, there is no toiletries at all (not even a hand soap)! But overall was enjoyed the stay!

Like everywhere in San Andres, expect noisey drunk Colombians to be a part of your day. If you are looking for peace and quiet go somewhere else. That being said, if you are decided on this area then this hotel represents the best value for money (if such a thing can be said about San Andres).

Good Hotel The property staff work very hard to ensure all guest are serviced in a timely manner. They are also diligent and have courtesy in everything that they do. I appreciate staying in the hotel and I liked my stay here. Yes, they do have hot water.

Sentimos falta dos utensílios na cozinha. O apartamento mostra uma cozinha, contudo não possui nada mesmo. Nem copos, pratos, talheres, nada…. Espaço sem função nenhuma. Compensado pelo atendimento dos funcionários que são muito prestativos em tudo. Destaque para Cecilia que está sempre pronta a ajudar no que for possível.

Una experiencia muy pero que muy mala. Nos dieron una habitación al lado, por no decir, en la recepción. El personal estaba hablando con amigos y/o clientes a un volumen altísimo, tanto que parecía que estaban en nuestra habitación, sin tener consideración de que estábamos dentro. Creo que esa habitación no debería ser alquilada.Nos dijeron que era la única habitación con una sola cama de matrimonio. Por otro lado la habitación estaba con una humedad exagerada y sin posibilidad de ventilar ya que no tiene ventanas.. La cama una tortura.. un colchón blando y deformado En el baño no había ni un sólo gancho para colgar la toalla.. tampoco había ningún lugar donde secar los bikinis y ropa de baño, si tenemos en cuenta que es un lugar de playa es inconcebible. Por otro lado el precio.. pagar más de 80€ por esa habitación es un robo. Es la peor relación calidad-precio que hemos sufrido
