This was our first time at this beautiful villa and it was better than we could’ve imagined. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beach has an incredible view of the sunset and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I would like to express my gratitude towards David, who made our stay here unforgettable. We hope to see him again on our next vacation.

This is an awesome place. It was very quiet as it is rainy season. However we were treated so well. There was more staff than tourists. The food was fantastic. We never even got a chance to try everything on the menu because the daily specials were so great we had to try them all. The chefs are so passionate about their craft, they made every meal a masterpiece. Junior was unbelievable. Kemby and Hazel are two of the awesome servers. I would like to name them all, but these stand out. Christopher is the best guide for our Turtle Tour and Sealife Tours. He is so knowledgeable and keen on what he does. Largo was our awesome guide/owner for our horseback riding experience. We mostly had the pool to ourselves. The beach is beautiful.

Our trip was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! The service was incredible, drinks and food were fantastic! I want to specially mention Gerardo Castrillo who was awesome and made the best drinks, I had the best Espresso Martini of my life! Also, I want to say that all the staff was super respectful and made us feel welcomed and safe!

Great experience. We enjoy everything, the villa, the pool, the food, the attention from Junior (chef), Jose, Gerardo, and everyone who made excellent our standing there. It is amazing to walk a few steps and enjoy this beautiful beach, even enjoy the waves sound at night is incredible. My days were a real “pura vida” in all aspects. Definitely we’ll back as soon as possible. We love it.

My family and I loved our stay! All of the staff were kind and friendly, the food was fantastic, and my children loved getting drinks at the pool. Yunior the chef was so kind and prepared amazing meals each day, he talked to us like we were family. Wendy and Luz took care of all of our needs daily and the front desk staff were quick to take care of any room needs we had. The beach was so lovely right by the room and we got to wake up to the ocean daily. I would recommend this place for a family. We felt so at ease here.

Yunior the head chef came to see us at our table! He is kind, gracious, and an exceptional chef! He and his team cook all the food with love and care! My two daughters loved all the food! There is no way you can only have one plate! We have been saying the whole trip just how incredible the food is! We literally count minutes until the next meal!

My wife and I just enjoyed seven days at Playa Villa and had a great time. This is our third time in Costa Rica and was one of our favourite visits. We had a villa right on the beach, it was a little out dated but otherwise perfect. The staff were lovely and use what’s app for communicating and making bookings. There is only one buffet and no other restaurants but the food at the buffet was always different and as always tasted delicious. Junior and the staff in the kitchen did a five star job. The only thing I was disappointed in was there wasn’t any water or drinks stocked in the room. They also didn’t have any night entertainment or poolside entertainment but that’s not something we participated in anyways. There is great Value here at this price and it will be one we return to again.

This resort is excellent, the food is delicious and the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. Wendy helped us plan our excursions and took care of everything we needed. The location is beautiful, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort.
